This is a great upgrade.
This toilet is a really good choice if youāre replacing your camper or Rv toilet. Very simple to install and the bowl is a lot deeper than the previous version. Very easy installation and you can YouTube it if youāre unsure. Once we changed out the flange which was our problem the toilet was installed in 15 minutes and works perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Good Product!
I have been Rving for about 25 years. Maybe my 4th Thetford? Replaced a V with a VI. Everything matched up perfectly. Bolts the same, holes matched up. Water valve at same height, so, no changes needed. Fittings the same, no Pex changes needed. Sits up a bit higher, a nice throne. Water jet better too, does a better job. No splashes, as others have said. Bigger bowl too. Came with bolts & bottom seal. Issues. No instructions. I did not need them, but they could have had basics, including plumbing requirements.. Also, base could be stronger. It is easy to overtighten; ask me how I know. Not a bad idea to get some washers to go with nuts, spread the torque over a larger area. Price wad goo too, shipping OK.

Taller Toilet is The Way To Go
Replaced a AquaMagic IV. New one is higher! Much better. Installed pretty much just like old one. However you will have to extend the water hose as the new toilet is higher than the old one. Iāll activate warranty. Plastic. Old one had a ceramic bowl. Foot flush much better than the side handles that make you bend over. One of the handles broke on the old one. Had one handle for water, one to flush. Have to remove toilet to replace handle assembly. New one only way to go. Never found parts so a no brainer to replace toilet.

Good replacement RV toilet
Bought to replace a Dometic 300 series toilet that we didn't love with hopes of fixing the problem we've had with black tank smell. Rather than attempting to replace the seals AGAIN on the old toilet, thought we'd replace it with this Thetford and see if that would help. Several things about the Thetford make it better (for us) than the old Dometic. First, although this one is just the same height as the Dometic, it's a slightly smaller around and fits the space better. Also, there is only one internal seal, at the bowl, whereas the Dometic has two seals inside to fail. Finally, the flush pedal is at the front on the Thetford. The dometic pedal was on the right side, which made it awkward to flush with the limited space in our bathroom. I did have to re-do the water supply line in the RV, as this one connects at the top center, vs the bottom right of the Dometic, but that was a simple job. Once I had extended the supply line, the toilet was super simple with everything we needed (other than a wrench) in the box. No instructions were in the box but there was a QR code to scan if you needed it. Easy DIY project. So far so good, as we let it sit in the heat for 2 days now and there's no tank smell at all.

Working great!
Great replacement for the original that was in a 2010 RV. The high profile however, is almost too much even for a 6-ft1 man. Feel like I'm sitting differently than and the average toilet.

Works just as it should.
No complaints. It was super easy to install and has lasted at least 8 months so far. I put it in my horse trailer bathroom and it hasn't cracked or broken at all. It works just as it should. It does a good job of keeping any smells in the black tank, not the trailer. I initially had to buy it since my flusher broke on my old one, this one has not broken and works great. I would buy again.

Great upgrade
I have a 27' Komfort travel trailer made in 2006 with the same brand toilet as this. My guest broke it so new to replacing rv toilets I said to myself I've replaced house toilets I can do this. Well, it was but it wasn't. The valve behind the toilet is higher so I had to jigsaw a slot for the rv water line to reach up. The foot print is an inch smaller. No biggie other than scrubbing that inch after installing it. That was it for the bad. Now the good... Floor mounts, screws, new seal all fit perfectly. It's tall for this tall family. No more knees in the face. Flush really shoves it down. Other than not looking like something the queen would sit on, my queen and I say it's the best rv toilet ever and better than most household toilets. You can do it yourself just have a friend that knows how to use pliers to tighten up any leaks while you turn the water on and off so you don't have to run in and out and mop up the leaks. Once it's all done you'll love it! I'm not posting any pictures because you know what a toilet looks like and there's plenty of videos to explain things. If everything lines up right the first time you'll be done in less than an hour. If you need to cut a few things just add another hour.

Installed in my park model. I had rebuilt my older toilet. But unfortunately it only lasted 1/2 a season until it started to leak. Bought this one to replace it seems to work good. The flush water sprayer is up high which is nice because it gives the bowl a really good rinse. Unlike my old toilet which only did the back of the bowl. The main water inlet is a bit higher on the back as well I had to add a peice of pex pipe to make the connection not a huge deal tho could probably had used a flexible water hose In hindsight

Product was exactly as I expected based on the reviews I've read here. Toilet was very light and feels flimsy at first. Make sure to get some washers to go below the flanged nuts that come with the unit. It will spread the pressure over a larger area and allow you to fasten to the floor much tighter, otherwise the nut will dig into the plastic and cause damage. Unit came with a foam seal that was simple to put on. Flush works great. Soft close lid works great.

This is a good toilet for your rv especially when you are getting older. It is higher than most out there. It has a good flush system too. The price was better than locally. The loss of one star was from the time pot took to arrive. My first one I ordered, was canceled. Not by me. So I ordered another one. This one finally came and the box was so damaged I was afraid the toilet was broken. The toilet seat had come off, but we were able to reattach it.

Just installed in my RV. Seems to work great high water presure so just push the pedal a little slow at first and all good. Toilet is 2 inch taller than the original and Iām happy I replaced instead of just fixing the old toilet water valve. š
