Q: Why does this day cream differ from the day cream on avon site? the labling and box concerns me.

I actually didn't know it differed. The product was sent from Poland and it doesn't surprise me that they are different. I lived in the former USSR and bought products that are sold in the States - Avon and Mary Kay to name a few.

Q: What is the Expiration date?

Here is the response I received directly from Avon today regarding expiration dates. "I have received your email. My name is Karin, and I'm happy to help you. Regarding your inquiry, the packaging for each skin care, personal care, cosmetic and fragrance product includes a code to indicate the exact manufacturing date. This information varies depending on where the product is manufactured. In the case of the Anew Ultimate Multi-Performance Day Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 25, the batch code is located in two places. At the bottom of the actual jar and on the flap of box. It also includes the expiration date. However, if you need to determine the exact date of manufacture, please contact us at 1-800-445-2866 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (EST). For your reference, our products undergo extensive testing to ensure freshness during storage, shipment and use by the consumer. Naturally, shelf life can vary depending on storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) and use. So, we suggest storing products in a cool, dry area. The product is as always - just what I wanted. The cost was fine ( lower than previously), however, I did not realize it had to come from Poland.The delivery time was a month. If I did this again, I would order and not wait until I was almost out

I love it because I have combination skin and it works GREAT for me!

I have used this product for years and it keeps my face comfortable during the day AND at night. It's not too heavy during the day and is enough moisture for my combination skin to use at night as well.

This is NOT an Avon Anew product.

The cream I received was in a container with similar labeling but not exactly the same. The cream was not the same consistency or color as the authentic Avon product. I left a burning sensation when a dab was applied to the skin. I would NOT recommend this product. I have used Avon Anew for years, and this is NOT the same product.
