it works
just followed the instruction: 1g or 1ml per liter of milk and gave a nice and firm curd in 45 mins, unfortunately I have got to wait for the taste test, but that mainly depends on the milk and inoculating culture.

Good product!
This rennet does definitely its job! I would recommend it if you want to make mozzarella and cheeses

Need to use way more than indicated
I used this to make some farm cheese using pasteurised and homogenised milk and had to use about 20 times the amount of rennet indicated on the bottle. This is even after using calcium chloride. So yes, it does work, but you’ll probably need to use a lot more if all you have available is the normal milk you can buy in shops, which are normally all pasteurised and homogenised.

L'ho usato da poco per fare il formaggio, ottimo, e' un prodotto abbastanza costoso, ma c'è da dire che per aggiungerlo al formaggio ce ne vuole talmente poco e quindi durerà molto
