Confused with the packaging

It looks legit both front and back but I can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s this size. I’ve never seen the packing this size no matter what year they were manufactured or what store I’ve seen them in. Even in the picture on this listing it looks like every other packaging but the one that I have is shorter. Both front and back have everything that’s on the regular size packaging but it’s considerably shorter.
