My 6 week old son loves this swing! Its very soft & cosy and makes him feel secure. We liked that it has a very stable base and keeps baby off the floor away from drafts and our dog. The toys & different speeds and music are great too and keep baby entertained. Overall very happy with this purchase! I love the 360 degree chair which allows the seat to swing in a natural movement as if baby is in your arms. Very soothing and love that my boy can be with the rest of the family instead of being low on the floor!

This swing was the answer to a new mum's prayers...my baby LOVED it! The motion was gentle and the sounds soothing. The swing is also very sturdy. We live in a two bedroom flat and the Swoon is sized just perfect...did not take up much room at all. Everyone needs one of these and seriously, I wish you made it in adult size too! :)

We read lots of reviews of swings and rockers and lots had bad reviews for not being supportive for newborns. Our little one is a small 1 week old and this swing is perfect. It lies really flat and the insert is lovely and padded. The rocking motion side to side is gentle on the first setting, similar to what you would do if you were holding them. The toy bar doesn't come over far enough so he can't see them in the lay flat position, it's very quite and the battery-powered option means you can move it to whatever room you are in.

Parents! Honestly if your kid is one of those you can settle then put down this is the one. I work all hours and once my wife has settled our daughter she will sleep happily on the lower settling of rocking. That's sufficient the other settings you don't need. If you want to out the timer on and then the sensor it will recognise when your child is stirring then restart and rock them back to sleep. Product is high quality materials toys the lot. Its worth every penny. The seat exchanges from new born to infant. Its perfect if you look at the price and think that's alot. Don't. The money you pay is well worth it. 5 star product and cheaper on amazon than babymoov

Many thanks to David from the customer service team who replied to our emails quickly and solved our issue in no time. It is a lovely swing, my baby loves being able to look all around the room and changing the swinging direction easily. I love all the different songs available. To adjust the volume you just need to hold press the song button, I had to check the instructions to find out. Many thanks again. Iulia B

It was all brilliant and I absolutely loved it until it stopped working about 8 weeks in with my newborn! It’s a very big bulky swing but incredibly flimsy for it to break so easy, such a shame as it moved perfectly and my baby loved it. If you buy this I suggest you never move it, keep it in the same place always and make sure you never bang it or trip over it ect or have young kids anywhere near it. Protect it at all costs because it will more then likely break!! Total waste of my money and I would recommend avoiding this and buying something else.

Honestly, this is not worth the money for the amount of use got out of it. Bought it out of desperation for a 4 week old baby that wouldn't settle and got mixed results - certainly didn't work for us as well as for other reviewers. The seat is quite shallow so think baby felt a bit exposed in it. She is now 12 weeks and it seems too small and flimsy for her - doubt I'll get much more use from it. Also the seat restraint is rubbish - a bad fit and flimsy much like the seat itself. On the plus side it's light weight and easy to move and doesn't take up as much space as you might think. It is a nifty design and if my baby had liked it more I would have rated it higher. I feel a larger, more robust seat would give the product a much longer life and therefore make it worth the money. The customer service was good - I had a faulty mains adapter and got a replacement + new motion unit immediately. Overall, I would recommend saving your money and either put up with the crying or buy a wrap/sling.

Great swing, love the sounds and the fact it doesnt move unless the child is in the swing. I think its better than the mamaroo swing!

I was hoping this swing would help my baby to sleep. She is always restless in it. I'm wishing I'd gone with back and forth swing rather than side to side.

Didn't work , by two weeks after we received it, it never turned on again , I want to return it .

It doesn't "swing" much! It is not made very sturdy. The "automatic" function works some of the time. I'm very disappointed in this product.
