Straight off these are sizable tablets or at least for me. The taste isn't particularly good or bad and if I had a choice I probably wouldn't take them. But and this is the big but, I take them religiously. They are marvelous for my system. They, really, seriously improved my night's sleep. I just re-ordered another packet (and please could they occasionally be in discounted?). They're obviously a quality product from the packing and the general nature of them. Recommended.

I've bern taking these supplemts for the past few years, and every now and then will switch to a cheaper brand, or a one with a higher collagen content. But I always really notice the difference with these. My skin always looks plumper, my nails grow longer and my hair grows quicker in a short amount of time going back on them. Yes, they're slightly pricier (and large to swallow) but personally they do the job for me.

Only been taking this for 4 weeks but I do think it is helping my knees! Time will tell if this really does work but so far so good.

It's a good product

I’ve had a very painful knee for about 4 months. I started taking this marine collagen about 6 weeks ago and my knee is slowly starting to get better. I no longer have to take pain relief. It’s still stiff when I get up but is so much better. I’m hoping that in another 6 weeks it will be back to normal. Even if it is I’ll still keep taking this marine collagen. At 70 years old my skin is smoother, my hair is growing really fast and my nails are so strong. In my opinion it’s well worth the money.

Only two months in. But I notice a difference

They do work but only draw back is I can’t keep away from the bathroom. I have been taking them for nearly a month.

Bought this from here because I tried other products from different brands, after a month of using this my nails grow quicker and my skin is improving. I’ve also had recent surgery so I hope that’s going to help the healing.
