Damaged product
The product arrived in unacceptable condition. The zip on the case is broken, the darbuka itself has visible scratches, and the leather at the end is coming off. This is completely unacceptable for a new item. I will be returning it immediately. Please issue a return label and process the refund without delay.

Great Derbuka drum and skin. However zip on the bag arrived broken
The Derbuka was in excellent condition and so was the extra derbuka skin. However, the zip on the bag was broken when I opened the box which meant that I'm really struggling to zip and unzip the bag. Since this was an import into the UK via Amazon Global, there was no way of contacting the seller and get a refund just on the bag. Amazon said I'll have to return the full item back for a full refund. Not at all an ideal solution.

Il prodotto se pur "usato" è in ottime condizioni, ovviamente all'arrivo era scordato ma con l'apposita chiave per stringere i cardini lo strumento suona perfettamente. Perfetto anche l'imballaggio che protegge il tutto, comoda la sacca con cui lo si può trasportare.
