Once the taste is masked, it's amazing
I eat a lot of porridge during the work days and I realised I needed to add some protein (and fat in the form of almond butter) to make me properly full and make sure I got enough protein every day. I love products like this that only have one ingredient (that's when you know you're getting quality) and so far I'm very happy with the taste etc.The powder itself is a beige and pretty odourless. I mix it with oats before pouring on Oatly oat milk and microwaving it. The taste when the porridge is natural is...not too nice. Not even a banana and honey could hide it! But then I purchased powdered freeze dried fruit (blueberry, raspberry and strawberry) from a company that freeze dries fruit without adding anything (lio-licious) and half a tbsp of each of those powders are plenty to hide the soya protein taste. I will definitely repurchase, this, very happy with it!

Amazing addition to any diet
I wish the package was bigger for the price, people would return for more, more often that way.Value for money is still good as the product is brilliant.I have blended this in smoothies and milkshakes, stirred into porridge and mixed into Wheetabix. With a sensible amount to the food I was having, it didn't change the taste or texture. Great stuff!

Too lumpy for the uses I bought for
I bought this unflavoured to add to soups, salad dressings, coffee, chia puddings etc. Has a slight earthy taste which is agreeable if not delicious. It is too lumpy and does not dissolve easily or smoothly. For this reason, it is unsuitable for the above uses. While it does provide a lot of protein, it is not practical as the lumps can only be avoided if a blender like NutriBullet is involved (which again is unsuitable for hot liquids like coffee and soup). It is also advised not to use in very hot liquids as apparently high temperatures degrade the product. I am experimenting with it!

Great value
That unsightly image is the remains of my clumpy smoothie containing none other than the reviewed soya protein, which tastes pretty damn good if combined with soya milk lucuma powder and raw forest honey (dark honeys seem to compliment it).Obviously soya protein in and of itself tastes kind of neutral which for me is what makes it strangely appealing - it bulks up nicely and combined with the lucuma, and the honey made it not only filling but surprisingly tasty. To be honest I never thought I'd find myself writing a review for soya protein but given the price and how well it combines with the aforementioned ingredients (and hopefully others too) it may very well become a staple choice.Highly recommended!

Can’t complain, better than sweetened powders
Very neutral flavour, so you can mix it with anything. Do not recommend it on its own but you can.

Bitter taste
Nasty, bitter taste and granular texture which is hard to mask. OK for the dedicated.
