I have been having touble with tenn8s elbow for at least six months. I decided to get some physiotherapy at £50 a session. 6 weeks later while I was getting some immediate relief from the pain, it would always return. I brought the lamp and used it every day for 6 minutes, after a week it was having a long lasting effect, with the pain mostly gone. I went from not being able to lift a kettle to not evening having to think about it. I know only use the lamp intermittently when I get some residual pain after some repetitive activity such as tennis and it keeps me on top of things.

I advise you to use it on back and legs but not for the neck. For the neck one needs a not so strong power heater. This thing is effective and the philips lamp it comes with is a must have and very reiable ; Itvis the main player here. . I wish the screw inside the body was clay not plastic and it would be less plasticy. Yes it is a must have product . And excellent for sport. Highly Highly recomemend buying. Very Very effective. High power.

It's a good basic red light lamp. Housing plastic is a little flimsy, but once it's placed on a surface and in use, that doesn't really matter. Happy with the price, as it's allowed me to test if it's worth spending more for an all bells and whistle one or if it will be another piece of tat that sits on a shelf somewhere gathering dust. In this case, thankfully it's the prior, as I don't have many shelves left - happy days!

Works wonders on all my aches and pains

I have suffered with repative stress in my shoulder blade from 2009 up until 2012 finally got it sorted with acupuncture,whyvso long because I trusted my doctor it would heal just massage everyday. I had tried chiropractor but that relief was for only for 3 or 4 days. I could work again but just over a month ago its came back but worse now affecting my breathing feeling tight around my lat area and down middle of my back. I thought I'd give the infared lamp a try as its 1 of three things that are done when I have acupuncture. Massage, acupuncture, and infared lamp. Within first time of using this it brought my pain from 1 to 10 10 being unbearable and I was 10+ it now about 1or 0 only hit triggered again yesterday because I returned to work. But I now decided that I can't do my job anymore. But at least in comfortable in my back which I think is more important for me in long run.

Not as hot as I would like for treating injury, but helps a bit

Bonjour, cette lampe est vraiment bénéfique. Pour le moment je l'ai utilisé 3 fois (dos, tensions au niveau de la poitrine et rhume). J'ai ressenti les effets après des séances de 20 minutes. Il faut faire très attention à l'endroit où on la pose avant de s'installer car le socle est très léger donc il y a un risque de chute avec une lampe brûlante. Il aurait été judicieux de concevoir cette lampe avec un interrupteur. Par ailleurs le câble est assez court donc pas pratique. Il faut protéger ses yeux lorsque la lampe est utilisée pour le visage. Sinon je suis satisfaite des résultats. C'est une bonne découverte.

Good for any body pain. It is effective for muscle sprains especially back pains

I gave one star because I couldn't give less. The product was useless as the type of plug and the voltage make it unusable in Japan.
