Nice design.

Beautiful design and tea candle definitely keeps the tea warm. Wish it came with a stainless steel tea strainer. The plastic one stains and doesn’t filter as well as stainless steel mesh.

This is a quality item from a quality manufacturer and can be given as a presentwhich is what I did and she was delightedIt suffers from a malfunctioning spout and some of the materials are plasticI think the metal Could be a better quality but otherwise when they are at a reduced price it's worth getting as a gift for someone

It is not the product itself I dislike, but the way it is shown in the pictures. One picture shows a plastic filter, three show a stainless steel mesh filter. Plastic filter versions are much cheaper than stainless steel ones for some to me obscure reason. I had to ask fellow customers to make sure how the product looks exactly in order to avoid the hassle of buying and returning the tea set.The filter is plastic and in this case it would work out cheaper to buy the pot and the warmer base separately from different sellers, including on Amazon Marketplace.
