Honestly, I've had enough of tasting rank tap water and chlorine so I took the dive into the filtered world and man am I glad I did! Instantly, the water now tastes smoother with no hint of chemicals or nasties. It genuinely tastes like the fancy water you'd buy from the supermarket for £1.75 (the alkaline one), so I'm going to be saving myself a small fortune with this :) I was even tempted to splash out several hundred on those expensive devices, but I'm already super impressed with the quality from this "average" priced machine, so I'll stick with it for now. If your thinking about it, then just do it. It's worth it in the long run!

Hi everyone reading this,I want to let you know this filter is really worth the money!ADVANTAGES:- had a nasty cold, nothing was getting rid of it, started drinking the water from this filter and within three days or less I was cured of this nasty infection!!- The water is smooth compared to normal water and generally makes me feel better- I was feeling so drained when drinking bottled water from the supermarket, I thought that by drinking litres of Volvic, Evian etc that I was helping myself keep the correct Ph and hydrating myself but actually I was just feeling drained and tired and couldnt understand what was going on!! So I ordered this Jug and started drinking only filtered water... the next morning I weighed myself on my body fat machine and I had noticed the water monitor on the body fat machine had increased!! The value had increased from around 56.5 to 57.8!! This is a massive change cause it shows that my muscles , my body is increasing in hydration on a cellular level! Ive had this scale for over two years and that value had never been higher than 56.8 so that was a really good indication for me.- I live in a really hard water area, but with this filter I am able to drink tap water instead of constantly buying bottled water which means I save money on water and im getting healthy at the same time!! So this filter has actually been turning the usually nasty tasting, chloring tasting , acidic, hormone filled tap water into refreshing, clean (NON CHLORINE NASTY TAP WATER) tasting, pH 9+! fantastic!DISADVANTAGES:- There is no indication of when to change the filter... Ive had my filter for about a month so have noticed that the there is limscale starting to build up again in the kettle which means that the alkaline filter is not working as well anymore after a month, so for me this is my only indication that I should now change the filter- The filter doesnt hold much water, if you drink a lot of water like myself then you may find it quite annoying to keep filling up the filter to get your water.Overall this jug is so good, Ive bought a second one just one month after buying my first jug. Im buying it for my grandmother who eats way too much acidic food so im getting her to quit her tap water and bottled water and start getting healthy on this CLEAN ALKALINE WATER!!I hope you get this jug and are just as happy as I amThanks

I drink a lot of water and this makes it taste SO much nicer its really not a chore - I have had a filter jug for years but this is even better and leave the water slightly alkaline which is meant to be better for us. The reason it does n't get 5 stars as the jug does not pour particularly well when its very full

Jug arrived cracked. After contacting the seller the problem was resolved immediately and new jug has been sent. Amazing customer service and support . Highly recommended 🤗

Just what's needed to get alkaline & pure water. It's robust & pleasing to the eye.My son in law tested the water and it does exactly what it says it does. It's perfect for the right ph. Cheap at the price to get such a good quality water. He periodically tests it for me so I know when I need to change the filter, also you can tell by the taste and smell. There seems to be too much chlorine used these days and I don't want that & other chemicals in my body. The filters last a long time and I have several litres a day from itgood delivery service too

Works pretty well but overpriced in my opinion.

I've only had this for a couple of days - I've suffered with a UTI for several weeks - I'm hoping purer water will stop it recurring. The water from it certainly tastes fresh.It arrived in a timely manner and was vey well packaged. It also looks good.

I don't know if it does or doesn't change the PH to alkaline but the basic filtration is pretty much not existent. Before buying this filter we had the most common and affordable Brita filter and when used the kettle with water from that old filter, the lime scale was practically not present in the kettle. With water from the Biocera water filter the kettle get filthy in no time as if there is no filtered water at all. For the price of the original Biocera filter and then the replacement cartridges (which are ridiculously expensive) the end result is seriously disappointing as far as filtration goes (and that should be the minimum as a requirement for a filter). Had it for about 6 months - Probably will change it soon to another brand...
