Great fit and comfort straight out of the box. Rugged enough for field work but nice enough for jeans Friday at the office. The tongue of these shoes is well padded but not so much that they become uncomfortably tight. The insole is also well cushioned and comfortable. I did not notice any protruding seams or rough spots on the interior.

If you are a over 225 lbs, the insole cusions are pretty worthless for warehouse concrete floors. I used two layers of gel inserts. They worked ok after that. The reason why it has 4 stars is because I do not like to tie my shoes tight. Because of this, my heel is slightly slipping out of the shoe and back in with most steps. The Merrill hates this. The cushioning behind each heal wore through before I could notice and next thing you know, tear out all together. Not a big difference in feeling, but for $100, reinforce behind the heel area that gets all of the traffic on the inside. I kicked pallets a lot for 2 months. They hold up well. I loved how light weight they are. I would recommend these if you tie your laces tighter than I do.

The shoe fit was great. Im 10 w and alot of times the toe box isn't wide enough but the shoe. These shoes fit great and good room in toe box. The problem was the outsole. Right out the box I can see them becoming unglued around the edges.

Theses are great shoes for a heavy guy. Very durable. I’m a maintenance tech and these handle everything I throw at them.

Large glob of glue visible on left toe, missing complete glue job on material directly under than. Looks incomplete or like a reject compared to right shoe. Also too loose around ankles, will rub heels. Not up to par for expectations compared to price point. Pictures are directly out of box. Returning and hoping replacement pair will be better.

La medida viene un tanto sobrada. Diseño y calidad de primera, cómo es usual con Merrell, pero después de varias largas jornadas de uso mi veredicto final es: definitivamente te protegen el pie (¡unos tanques de zapato!) pero no son nada cómodos, sobre todo si pasas mucho tiempo de pie o caminas largas distancias. Pesan MUCHO. Si te gusta el look "Mickey Mouse" supongo que son para ti 😆
