This product is great, I use it for work outs 3 times a week, but one tablet is great for my early morning start, gives me that extra boost with no silly side effects 😊

Too strong side effect. Feeling paranoid after couple of pills. When taking one at a time does jot feel too bad. Conclusion - i chucked it in to the bin after few days of use as was too strong for me.
