This cloche is a nice large container that easily fits four standard whiskey glasses when entertaining. Also, I enjoy sliced cheeses often from the grocery store and fanning those out on a plate then placing in the cloche for one minute infuses amazing smoke flavors. I mass smoke cheeses in my large steel smoker outside, and this creates similar flavor profiles when in a bind or just wanting a small portion. I waited for a long time to buy a kitchen smoke gun and cloche, after this arrived I realized I should have purchased it much sooner!

I had two domes sent out that had chips in the wood. A third one warped over time (not placed in the dishwasher). The company did send me out a replacement for the last one recently but it did take some time and follow up to get the replacement sent out. In the end they made it right but I think there is room for improvement in communication and quality of the bases.
