Best vacuum ever!!!
If you are looking for perfect vacuum, that cleans your house twice as fast as you have time, this is definitely the right one for you. I bought this because my grandmother recommended. She has been using it for 10 years with no problem. I looked through ‘the best vacuums’ and they were bit more expensive then this one but they were all less powerful. This one is super powerful, I get the feeling that it could possibly suck the neighbor from downstairs (if I had one) It’s also so easy to use, you put the water into the container, after you vacuum, you flush all the dirt in the toilet. No bits of dust in your face because it goes through the water, plus, you don’t have to spend thousands of money on the dust bags (which is actually an option, if you prefer those) There is also an option of wet cleaning with shampoo, which is quiet cool as well if you can be bothered. Also, if you are planning to buy one, I found that if you order from the website directly, it’s £20 cheaper but if any problems occur, the company doesn’t have customer service(at least the one that responds) I ordered mine from amazon for extra £20, plus prime, so received it the next day. I had a problem with the cable that didn’t go back inside the vacuum, and amazon sorted out the replacement in few days (Thomas still hasn’t replied). So my recommendation is definitely go with this vacuum, and rather buy it from amazon for extra bit of money as a guarantee that you can always have your problem sorted just in case.

Great upgrade from my old Thomas Twin T1 Aqua
I had the Thomas Twin T1 Aqua for years, so I knew what to expect — and the Aqua+ Pet & Family lives up to it. Powerful suction, great water filtration, and perfect for homes with pets.

If you want a really good quality, and efficiency for your money
Buy it, never I have used such effective, strong smart built vacuum cleaner... Even I don't understand, how can it work, but it does, and properly. This thing will just trap the dust from the carpet, upsholtery etc... You need to change just the water, and clean the tank away (some of the reviews mention, that its difficult to clean it. I comfirm that, it's not. Just rinse it, if you have hair, you can just take it out in a bunch, that's it. I tried it on a carpet. what was really dirty. 4-5 tank was black, full with any other dirt. The 6th was cleaner. Then I set the machine up for carpet washing... With the detergent jet, and the carpet washer head, I made the the water black, and sandy again... Efficient 120%... Love it.

Happy tears - Updated
This hoover is SO good that it makes me want to cry. And then I want to cry a little bit more for wanting to cry over a hoover in the first place! Update in January 2016; I used the wash feature for the first time recently to wash a large 3 metre rug in my living room. Unfortunately the shampoo container is so small that I managed to do a small square area before the water ran out. However, it was simple to suck up all the water and the rug was slightly damp but dried up quickly. Unfortunately, the once amazing Thomas vacuum let me down. I left all the bits and parts to air dry, didn't pack it all away for some time just to make sure. But, about a week after when using the vacuum to hoover the house, I took the hose off the stainless steel tube to add the bristle brush head to it and noticed that there was a rusty brown mark around the hose head, looked inside the stainless steel tube to see furry black and white mould growing inside! It was obviously thanks to my failed attempt at washing the rug the previous week and I just hadn't noticed that whole time as I didn't have a reason to check inside the tube at all. The whole point of fussing with a water filtered vacuum was for its health benefits and odour control compared to my old trusty bagged Henry so this was obviously a health concern as the mould pores would surely be released in to the air with every use. With 2 toddlers in the house that was a big concern for me. I emailed Thomas via their website- no reply, nothing. So I called Amazon. As per usual they were fantastic. Quite simply just asked if I wanted it replaced? Yes please! So within 2 days they have delivered me a brand new replacement and arranged for a courier to collect the defective one. They truly are exceptional at customer service. So really my update isn't to put you off the vacuum, as it is quite simply amazing if you want every ounce of dust sucked away from your house. However, it's just to say that actually the wash function is a bit fiddly, doesn't wash well or large areas and quite frankly has been quite crap. Use it as a vacuum and you'll be happy as Larry. Use it as a carpet washer and you'll be disappointed and end up getting the Vax carpet cleaner like I did :)

Essential purchase for allergy sufferers
UPDATE: Been using this machine for some months now and I cant recommend it enough, it's a simply brilliant cleaner. The best thing about it is a very noticeable reduction in the amount of airborne dust in our house. I dread to think how much dust was being thrown around our house by the old cleaner!......has anyone else noticed a reduction of dust using this?. Had this for a few weeks now and I rate it very highly. Gone are the problems with our old Vax backless cleaner that was so good at throwing out clouds of throat irritating dust I had to wear a disposable mask while using it. Also gone is the terror of emptying the old one and trying to clean the filter after every use. We have a 3 bed semi with two cocker spaniels , this cleaner copes with it more than capable. I've gotten into the habit of emptying the dirty water out after cleaning upstairs then refilling and cleaning downstairs, it takes seconds to change the water. After use I empty the dirty water onto the flower beds and not down the toilet as recommended in the instructions, it does pick up a lot of debris and dog hair that won't do your drains much use. It's suction is very good, manoeuvres around the rooms well and stores away after use without taking up any more room than our old cleaner. The only fault I have found is the lack of a dusting brush in the otherwise excellent attachments but you can pick one up online . Highly recommended for anyone with dust allergy problems.

Hi! I think this vacuum cleaner as one of the best available on the market. I ordered one for my second home in September and received in a month. We opened the box, and there were no visible damages. Upon closer inspection, it was found that the cord retraction system is not working, and the cord does not retract. When trying to plug the vacuum cleaner into the power outlet, the circuit breaker on the electrical panel trips, cutting off the electricity throughout the apartment. It is impossible to use the vacuum cleaner. It is such a disappointing experience. I still need this device but a working one, though I have no idea where to order it to get it in a working condition as it has to be. Hope you are not going share my recent experience!
