I first bought this out of curiosity and I'm glad i didas it majorly boosts the male libido

Only I don't know yet.Will know in 3weeks of use or month.

Avena Sativa is very well known for its energy boosting capacity in Homeopathy, though it works in material doses (tincture) but not in Homeopathic potentised form as one would expect.In my observation this can be very useful if combined with few other herbs ,for example, Ashwagandha, Chanca Piedra and Muria Puma to realise a synergistic benefit.Tribulus terrestris can be mixed if one wishes to gain lean muscle as part of weight training.Avena Sativa will re-rejuvenate your nervous system. This could be combined with Acid Phos-6C for further boosting of energy. Acid phos should be used for few weeks only. Take a break every now and then when you are supplementing!Avena should be obtained from its leaves not from seeds!
