Good value when on offer - lasts a long time!
This refill goes into a truly wonderful colour laser printer - both my son and I have one now and neither machine has let us down once (except when it goes into sleep mode - somewhat irritating but is energy saving, I suppose). We've both decided to stick with buying original HP toner having both come unstuck with a previous Epson printer using re-made refill toners. We look out for special offers on the original HP toners like this one from Amazon and keep a set in reserve. The ink in these "X" toners seems to last forever so, overall, we're thinking HP offer reasonably good value and at least the printer warranty (three years) won't be voided.

It's OEM quality (and OEM pricing)
It's an HP product for an HP printer; it works perfectly and the clarity of printing is unrivalled. I bought these at a point where HP were offering cash back, which sweetened things a little. It's a no brainier though; if you spend good money on a good printer, then buy good quality paper, and you want excellent printing results, you MUST go OEM. I've tried aftermarket and they never live up to their promises. Just saw yourself the hassle and buy OEM high-yield. Once you've spent the money , you won't miss it and you'll appreciate the flawless results with every page.

Make sure you buy the "X" version.
Seems expensive but when you compare it on a like for like basis it works out similar to other brands. My last laser printer was a Samsung, the cartridges were half the price but only rated for half the printing capacity. HP have two versions of laser cartridge, the standard version and the X version. I'd recommend the "X" version as they are rated for higher number of printouts and work out cheaper overall, despite being literally a few pounds dearer.

Original cartridges are the best!
For some time, I was using compatible cartridges, but found they started to leak. Decided to revert to original HP cartridges and whilst more expensive, they are the best. No leakage, great colour!

Toner compatible problem
The Toner has a Region Lock, maybe incompatible use in UK

Excellent print quality - will never use generics again.
Had been having printing problems with my HP M277 for ages. Thought is was just a naff printer but took out the generic cartridges and replaced them with these and the difference is staggering. I had always believed, wrongly, that generic cartridges would be better as they were so much cheaper but having tried both there really is no comparison. I have uploaded a photo of two demo demo pages, the one on the left was printed using my old generic cartridges and the one of the right was taken using these. Can you spot the difference?

High Price
Very expensive compared to non branded cartridges. Doubtful whether there is a quality difference.

Tutto perfetto.

Ergiebig (201X) und für die erreichbare Druckmenge günstig. Dagegen ist die Standardvariante 201A teuer.

If you're purchasing this toner from outside Europe, you should be aware that HP "Region Locks" its toner and that this toner won't work in a printer that has other cartridges (e.g. a black cartridge) that wasn't also purchased from Europe. I learned this the hard way - I bought this (from Amazon Australia) along with a black cartridge from the same (official HP shop) for my elderly mother in Australia as toner was impossible to find in her city during the early months of COVID. It arrive she installed it and it worked fine. But six months later she goes to replace the depleted black cartridge with another GENUINE HP one bought from a local store in Australia, and the printer refuses to accept the new black GENUINE HP cartridge. Turns out that's because the color cartridges are from the UK and the black is from Australia. ALL are genuine HP, all bought through Australian retailers. Shame on HP for this incredibly consumer unfriendly region locking. Even worse, HP customer support in Australia said that my (80 year old) mother "should have known" that HP locked cartridges to regions and that the only thing to do would be to claim a refund from Amazon (not likely - these were bought a year ago and some are half used) or throw them all away and buy all new. Sorry HP, but you've lost a 30+ year printer customer. This is just incredibly customer hostile, and expecting an elderly customer to realize that buying Genuine HP products from HP official sources all in Australia might end up "violating" their profit-focused region locks.

Calidad de la tinta y definición de colores muy buenos. Generalmente duran unas 200-400 páginas más de las anunciadas. El precio muy bueno comparado con la casa y otras webs.
