Excellent Pie dish
I've owned this pie dish for a year now and can safely give it two thumbs up. Every pie I've made with this has had a perfect crust, never soggy, and as much as I'd like to boast about my own skills I do think the tin is doing a lot of the work.

Pastry tray top quality
Superb quality baking tray, air holes make the difference for completely cooked pastry, great service

Well made & Sturdy
This is a well made and sturdy perforated round baking tin for the oven. I think the manufacturers have missed a trick here, I bought it because also I wanted to use it in my Air Fryer but it is just a cm or two too big to fit the Air Fryer basin and if they made it just a bit smaller and retained the rim it would be ideal and be able to do both Air Fryer & Oven baking.

Great if you don't want a soggy bottom
As the title says, no soggy bottom. Easy to use & clean and makes a perfect pie for 2-3 people. Word of warning, the pie will leak a little, so put something at the bottom of oven and the pie should rest on something when out.

Great pie tin!
Great quality and a great size. Very sturdy and would recommend. The perforated dish meant no need to blind bake with pastry.

Does exactly what it says.
I ordered this baking tin in the hope of solving the problem of uncooked pastry on bottom of pies. I have always blind baked, but this has its own issues, time and the expense of running the cooker for longer. Very important with high energy costs now! This tin solved the problem, the pie I baked in it came out with a perfectly baked bottom. Also, it is deeper than usual tins, so helps with baking a deep pie or quiche., so, allow plenty of filling. Taking the first slice out out works best if you slice the pie, then take the 1st slice out from it's side not the back of the pie that touches the tin. The rest is easy. I count this as one of my best buys.

This pan is the best for pie crusts. I've tried every suggestion to stop my pies from having soggy bottoms, nothing worked. Blind baking your crust is not only a nuisance, it doesnt work! I made a fresh peach pie in this pan, peach pies have lots of juice and always cause soggy bottoms. My peach pies turned out beautiful! The bottoms was golden brown and flakey, no soggy mess. A few tips, bake your pies for over an hour, I baked mine 85 min. Tent the top of pies with foil at around 45 min to keep top crust from getting to dark. Always put a pan under pie on lower rack as your pie will leak bc of the holes. When removing pie from oven put foil under cooling rack to catch drips. You can't avoid the dripping but you can avoid soggy crust with this pie pan. I loved it so much I ordered another one! Baked two more perfect peach pies with these pans!
