I was having pain In my right leg for almost a year. Thinking it was inflammation due to an injury or my dog pulling me. I was taking anti-inflammatory vitamins and it got progressively worse. A couple of months ago I did some research and saw this product and read the reviews and thought what do I have to lose. I was exceedingly surprised when after only a few days the pain significantly subsided and I was able to walk again without fear of falling In the meantime I went and orthopedic doctor Who read my x-ray and said I have bone on bone on my hip which was causing the pain down my leg and I showed him what I was taking and he said continue taking it it works for a lot of people. So I am super happy that I found this product that it continues to work.I had gone so far as to buy a cane and think how am I going to get my dog out. But that only lasted a few days this started working almost immediately So I highly recommend it to anyone with any doubts. I have arthritis in my knee and hip and I can go from fear to relaxation, continue working in my garden and bending and stooping and walking my dog without any pain. UPDATE Jan 15,2023 My medicare insurance provides a benefit for over the counter items at CVS. So I thought why not get a free bottle of the CVS brand and replace one pill with it to see what happens, since a $32.00 CVS brand was free. WELL, that lasted only a few days when I noticed my pain had come back and my leg was giving out. Thank God I put cause and effect together and determined that it was the CVS pill that was causing my pain. So, I shelved it and went back to my 3 pills of this. And now I am back to normal. Will NEVER switch brands again. I see my Dr. this week and will request an xray to see if there is any difference from the first xray before I started these pills. But who wants surgery and knee, hip replacements? Not me!!! When I feel the pain, sometimes I just pop another pill. It helps and it's a good price. Love it! I swear by this and hope it continues to work.

I suffer from lower back issues. I have religiously been going to the chiropractor for a year 2-3 times a week. Let me be clear when I say these pills are not a miracle worker pills. This pill is not a quick fix. BUT is a good supplement in addition to my regimen. If you're having back issues/knee issues etc. I urge you to seek professional help first as you need to strengthen your muscles/tendons before just trying to take magic pills. These are not pain killers people. After a year of going to the chiropractor religiously I have decided to stop as it finally got too costly. In the past, when I've stopped, I noticed my back stiffening/hurting. Since taking these pills for 2 months and haven't gone to the chiro for 2 weeks my back has been completely fine and I have to credit this supplement. I still do a lot of strengthening exercises for my back and exercise regularly so it is in addition to other things as well but I def feel these have played a part. For the price, I feel it is a good investment to do for yourself. If I keep taking these religiously over the next few years I feel these will help with old age in the long run. Also, I felt it was important to include pictures of the pills themselves as when I was looking for pills it was very important to me to find smaller pills as I have trouble taking pills any bigger than these. They are in gel capsules which is great and not chunky at all.

For the price, I wish the bottle were larger and came with more capsules. I didn't realize I have to take THREE capsules per day, which means this bottle is only a 30-day supply. That's kind of expensive for me. But more importantly than that, I guess, I didn't experience any upset stomach. I can only take one capsule for now because they're pretty big and I always end up with that "stuck in my throat" feeling. I'll work my way up to three maybe, though I doubt it. I usually take gummy vitamins for just this reason. Also, the taste is not the most pleasant, but it's only a few seconds of yuck before it passes. UPDATE: I have noticed after taking this consistently for about two weeks that the pain in my knees, which is most noticeable when I work out, has subsided. It's still there, but definitely lessened. I still have to take painkillers for the pain in my hands though, which stiffens up my joints.

TLDR: I felt a significant reduction in knee pain within 4 days of taking the "turbo" initial dose. 2 weeks later, my pain level is better than it's been in years. I'm 51 years old. I have advanced arthritis with severe degeneration in my knees. The orthopedist won't discuss knee replacements till I'm in my 60s. I recently had steroid shots in both knees, which helped the right knee, but not the left at all. My left knee was so bad I could barely bend it, stairs were out of the question, and just walking around the grocery store felt torturous. I'm an occasional burlesque performer and wasn't sure if I could dance through this pain. I started taking 6 of these pills per day (2 doses of 3 pills, breakfast and dinner) and within 3 days, I could bend the left knee better. After 5 days, I felt like the grandpa on Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, leaping around, a little creaky but moving with delight! These did not cure the knee pain. Going up and down stairs still hurts, but I can do it. After 90 minutes of burlesque rehearsal, I'm still hobbling out the door. Standing or walking for too long still causes a flare up of aches. But I can live with this. I can walk through the grocery store with no trouble. If it would stop raining, I bet I could go for a 30 minute walk through the neighborhood. I can get through a 4 minute performance without worry. I don't wake up through the night because I accidentally tried to bend my knee in my sleep. Will it keep working? I freaking hope so. But just getting 2 weeks worth of relief has been a gift
