Wilton Large Drop Flower Piping Tip #2D, Silver

I can't fault this piping nozzle. I'm somewhat of a beginner to piping and was finding that my cupcakes were looking a little bit shoddy! I read somewhere that this nozzle gives a professional look and so I eagerly bought one. I was slightly concerned that my excitement would be let down by my lack of experience and skill... but no! With very little skill at all, starting from the centre of the cake and making a spiral outwards, it just looks magic! People have commented how amazing my cakes looked and I felt like a bit of a cheat! I didn't do anything out of the norm - it was all the piping nozzle! I have nothing bad to say; it's made my excitable baking even more excitable!

Great for making large patterns on sides of cakes

Hi I don’t normally review anything but after a bit of confusion I thought it might help someone else. I bought this tip along with the Wilton large coupler and a reusable icing bag. I cut the tip of the Icing bag where I saw someone on a you tube video cut it, put the coupler in and tip and woo hoo seemed great. Then I noticed a slip of paper instructions in the wrapping of the Icing bag which said to cut the bag further down so I thought oh ok I’ll do that so recut it then put it back together and the tip fell out the coupler. Huh ..... so basically as the first time I had cut the bag higher up the bag thickness almost acted like a washer and held the tip in so .... confused as I had read that this tip was compatible with the large coupler I contacted Wilton. Also I know a lot of people don’t use couplers and just use disposable bags. Well after all that I really like it for making large roses on the cupcakes.

This is a great tip and pipes the size I want looks alot better, the only thing is the packaging they put it in, its like a sticky tape glue and was hard to get off inside the tip I had to wash and soak several times

Great for roses, edging etc. etc. If i had to pick only one style tip to have, this would be it. Very good quality.

It's fool proof:) if you are into cake decorating, this is a nice product to start to show off your work. Easy to use, but great result. You can search on you tube for how to use it, but trust me, it's easy. It make you feel like a pro :) great quality as well, will definitely buy more from Wilton

Thrilled by what i received through the post, quick delivery and in great condition. Been looking around a long time for nozzle this big for icing birthdaycakes etc.., have previously purchased nozzles from ebay which were not true to the item description, when arrived they were too small. Cannot wait to use it. Only thing to mention not negative but the box packaging was way too big for such small item.

This nozzle is great for decorating cupcakes and cakes. I love using it , it is very easy to create roses with this nozzle. Great for the price.

Betrayed once by the unbelievably small sizes of nozzles I bought on Amazon , I decided I must get my hands on a good big nozzle to get that perfect icing . I plunged in , apprehensive , fingers crossed , hoping it's not the small one again . And I haven't been happier. It's exactly the kind of rose top icing that you'd see in any kind of you tube video - huge , beautiful and brilliant . Im highly pleased. Especially since I was going to resign to my fate convinced that big nozzles are expensive . This one's worth it . A must have for all bakers . Happy baking .

Douille de très bonne qualité qui fait de jolies roses et glaçage cupcake. C'est un des must have des douilles qui existe ! Avant je me demandais pourquoi je n'arrivai pas à faire de belles roses maintenant je sais qu'il n'y a pas de secret, il faut cette douille !!

I love it, it works well. It's not perfect yet because I'm still learning. It's my first time making a frosting on cupcake for gift to my neighbor ♡, and it looks good, my neighbor was really happy and like it too ♡ so happy I tried this icing piping.♡
