Bought this game about 15 years ago for my 7 and 10 year olds...it's still played now..! Absolutely fantastic game. Easy to understand, endless fun, educational... brilliant!

Great family game
Great family game, takes a little while to get the hang of but once you do it's so much fun. Suitable for older children and adults and no previous space knowledge required. Handy little box so great for taking on holiday with you. Idea is to go out into space and discover as much as possible (must be in order e.g you can't go to Jupiter and then back to Earth) without getting stuck, or having another player use a card against you that could lead to you having to go home empty handed. The idea is to gain as many points as you dare by landing on planets and their moons and then using a return to earth card in order to bank those points. You can only keep the points collected once you have returned safely to Earth. Very addictive and great fun.

Really nice and simple enough game for children
Really nice game! we play it with our 5yo who is obsessed with space, we just play it with our cards open on the table instead to make it easier. We usually play it to 10 points to keep it short so he doesn't get bored, but you can set your own point target so it can last as long as you want it really.

Not a simple game.
Its not easy to simply play this game, a shame, its a bit complicated and children lose interest quickly.

As an astronomy student, I'm happy with these
So, I wanted something to help teach my daughter a bit of astronomy, and specifically a bit more about our solar system than what she learns in school. These cards teach her the main moons and the planets they orbit without going into too much detail. She's only 6, so we're playing the easy version for now. The goal is to get a row of consecutive cards (like in solitaire) from nearest to farthest, and roll the right number to 'return to Earth' and lock the points in before you move onto the next journey. The instructions could have been better. One thing that struck me as odd was the phrase 'shake the dice' used instead of 'roll the dice' in the instructions.

Simply addictive!
This is a quick, fun game which is easy to learn and can be played by pretty much all ages. My only criticism is the deck could be bigger as the round can be over too quickly unless you decide to play to a certain number of points rather than until the end of the deck. You can be quite sneaky with it but the simple draw a card, place a card and roll the die is appealing if you just want something lighthearted and not needing too much concentration as a lot of the game comes down to luck.

Said it was for kids so I bought this for my son and I to play. He loves everything space. I’m 42 and don’t consider myself dumb at all and this came seems confusing and very difficult to follow and learn. I read over the instructions for an hour trying to figure it out. Needless to say, it’s getting returned. Don’t waste your time or money.
