Happy with my purchase to date. It is a small dehumidifier but works extremely well aloft my bedroom wardrobes. Like everyone else at present looking to reduce energy usage but the downside is no heating results in condensation & damp patches. However this little appliance is perfect for my requirements and has eliminated the condensation which appeared for the first time on our bedroom wall adjacent to the outside. It is a little gem and does exactly according to its marketing. Easy to use, quiet, clean complete with instructions for use which are simple. It arrived early and well packaged. Highly recomend as it is low energy but gets the job done be it a little slower.

I have a very damp bedroom and have used several different dehumidifiers previously, with various results. The last one broke after a month and I decided to spend a little bit more on a more advanced product. I read the reviews before I ordered it and I agree it’s maybe a little bit more noisy than others I’ve had, but I don’t mind the humming background sound when I’m sleeping. It has a light function, which I’m not using at all. I don’t see the point in having bright lights when sleeping! I do like the fact the ‘on’ light is very small and not too disturbing. A warning though, if it’s full, it will start beeping loudly and a red light will start flashing and it nearly gave me a heart attack in the middle of the night! However, the main purpose of collecting water is fantastic! It’s also supposed to purify the air, but I can’t tell if that works, or not. Very happy so far though!

I have used this on 2 occasions and so far it has worked well. The kids love choosing the colour of the light at night. It is reasonably quiet. Nice and compact. My sons room collects alot of condensation an in the morning the windows were clear and it had collected a fair amount. You can choose how long you want it on for from 4hrs,8hrs or 12hrs.

Got this for use in an insulated steel garden shed, 5m x 3m size. Had problems with moisture and condensation there over winter, it was causing stored wood to swell and warp and my tools to go rusty. Got this and in just a month it's made a noticeable difference. No more condensation anywhere, it removes about a full tank of water every week. I leave it running 24/7. The timer function unfortunately isn't much use for me - I assumed that if you set it to the 12 hour timer setting, it would run for 12 hours, stop for twelve hours, and repeat. But no, it's basically just an off timer - you set it, it turns off in 12 hours, and stays off until you manually turn it on again. Noise-wise, it's definitely got an audible whirring. Not an issue for me at all, since it's in a shed down the end of the garden, but I could see it being a bit annoying for bedroom use if you like to sleep in complete silence. The red light when it's full is a useful feature too. I have it set up just inside the side window of the shed, so at night I can see from the house if the tank has filled up and needs emptying.
