BaByliss Pro Digital 230 Hair Straightener

Just arrived today and was a bit sceptical after reading some negative reviews but these are AMAZING. Heat up in seconds and are just as good as their major competitors. Highly recommend and excellent value for money

Cheap but poor performance

I bought these after my GHDs stopped working. I didn't expect them to be as hot or as good as GHDs but they're not bad!It heats up quickly and gets really hot, which is perfect to get my hair nice and straight.I didn't give it the full 5 stars because, although its a nice little product, they're a bit too light and takes longer to straighten my thick head of hair

Superb straighteners, really great! These are especially good because the temperature goes up to 230 degrees. Great since I have curly, thick hair and I needed something that could manage that.A good, decent size with a heat proof mat to put down inbetween straightening so that you can brush. Works a wonder on my hair! Would definitely recommend this to others!

not too good keeps breaking down i was suppose to receive a refund or replacement but never did still waiting

Bought these straighteners for going to the dominican republic as they were worldwide voltage. Brillant straighteners for the price. Heat up super quick and even working at the lower voltage on holiday they were amazing. Work as well as any more expensive straighteners I've tried. Well worth the money. Would thoroughly recommend.

A top temperature of 230 mean these straighteners get pretty hot and being not too wide are good for getting even shorter hair straight, I've got quite coarse wavy hair and it seems to do a good job.Unlike some straighteners the ceramic plates don't go right to the edge of the tongs so you can put them down on most surfaces without the risk of scorching.Downsides are the fiddly buttons which are easy to accidentally press whilst in use and if you leave the item plugged in whilst not switched on the plastic casing will still get quite hot ( not the ceramic plates) so it's obviously still using quite a bit of electricity. Also it has an LED display and this and the fiddly buttons make me fear for it's longevity, having said that I've had mine for a year and there still going.
