will this work for the is200 SE

We've got an IS 200 SE and a JVC DAB Radio/CD player and These work fine.

Does this adaptor bypass have 2 conneciton blocks at one end for double in system? and also do all speakers work in car including sub?

This item is specifically for the lexus is200. There is no subwoofer fitted as standard on the is200. I cannot confirm that your aftermarket sub woofer will work, however this item worked perfectly with the lexus standard fittment amp and headunit. There is only one connection at each end.
