I opted for the 300mcg as I was nervous about getting any higher when the daily intake needed is just 15mcg. I have been taking for nearly a month now and have noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. I had lost an amount of hair due to stress alopecia. my hair seems stronger and the area where there was loss there appears to be thicker growth. This may be psychological but for now my confidence has returned. I have conerns about break outs that other people have noticed but so far I seem to have been lucky.

I bought about month ago and i can see differences, some people thinking they gonna grow hair back, it’s impossible so this product doesnt bring hair already fall off, it helps to make your hair to be stronger and less fall off for future, Since im using i dont have a too much fall off anymore I have got full hair but last afew months slowly slowly was falling off and one of my hairdresser friend recommended and it really does the job

I bought these because my eyelashes were looking a bit sparse. It took a few months, but they are now definitely growing back and are thicker. My nails are stronger too. Very pleased with the results, will continue to use these.

Seems good so far. I wanted a small dose because I'm prone to breakouts and getting nauseous with vitamins, but these are good. I did take a pill before eating, and that was a mistake, but a pill after a single piece of toast did the trick. I've been taking it for a week now, and I *think* my nails are harder, but haven't seen a change in hair yet. I will be upping my dose to two pills a day tomorrow. My hair does feel soft though! Update: It's been over a month, and nails seem harder, and hair has grown about a half-inch more than usual! No breakouts, either. UPDATE 2: It's been about 3 months, and my hair has grown 3 inches! I average about 1 inch a month now, instead of about half an inch. I'm super, super thrilled with these. They never once broke me out, my hair has grown like a weed, and my nails flake less. So happy. :)

I have used this product a liked it. It helped stop my hair loss and made my nails stronger. This times I ordered two bottles. One bottle came broken. Since they're not returnable and they're delivered USPS, I contacted the vendor, who includes info to do this inside the box, I sent them an email 4 days ago - no reply as yet. This is why I rated it only 1 star. Update: Vendor replaced one broken bottle with two. Changed rating to 5. This product really helps my hair and my nails.

Decidí empezar a tomar la Biotina por la caída del pelo y la debilidad que tenía en las uñas, era tal que no me hacía falta cortarlas con tijeras, únicamente apretaba un poco por el extremo y de ahí con la ayuda del otro dedo orientaba la uña hasta que la sacaba. Después de tomar dos botes con un comprimido entre la comida, ahora no hay quien las corte! Están duras y se ven muy sanas, y he notado que el nacimiento del pelo me empezaron a crecer pelitos que ya están largos. He notado significativamente que el pelo no cae como hace meses, ni cuándo lo cepillo y eso que lo llevo largo hasta la cintura.
