Rubs are one of the simplest ways to add a huge flavour hit to your foods. For great barbecues, simply rub the meat with a generous spoonful of rub. If grilling, you may want to add Olive Oil or mayonnaise to keep the meat moist.

All the rubs can also be used on meats prior to being used in other products. For example Much Adobo About Nothing will make the perfect Chilli, and Fifty Shades of Grey rubbed onto pork and sealed will be perfect in casseroles and stews.

All our rubs are made from quality ingredients. Many ingredients are organic - but not all - so we don't trade as 'Organic'. However, we guarantee all our products are made in small batches to guarantee quality and freshness.

Rubs:
Much Adobo About Nothing: an authentic Adobo seasoning blend which is perfect as a rub on meats or in chilli's and fajita's.
Fifty Shades of Grey: Subtle hints of Fennel infused with zesty Earl Grey Tea will whip your tastebuds into a frenzy.

Salt:
Tequila Sunrise: sea salt infused with chipotle and chilli flakes to add a shot of smokey heat to your dishes.

All our herbs and spices are packaged in airtight aluminium containers to allow the product to reach you at it's maximum quality and freshness. We've tried to make the packaging as stylish as possible so you can keep them near your cooking area to get the most use from them. One of the biggest problems with storing herbs and spices is the damage done to the flavour (and colour) by damaging Ultraviolet light, so please avoid decanting into clear jars/pots.
