I severely underestimated how quickly and effectively these would work and naively took one a day for about 4 days until I realised I was wide awake with so much adrenaline innme at night, i felt i could run a marathon at 2am! It certainly took my body out of parasympathetic mode. I could never switch off, there were afternoons where I could feel the artery in my neck pulsing because of blood flow. I realise these have to be taken with great caution to the body's response. For me, these cannot be taken daily. But they do work. As a woman, I now only take 1 after my cycle is finished and that's it for the month. These work quickly and last a few weeks for me in the effect. But this only proves the ingredients are high quality and exceptionally effective. I hope that helps anyone.

After a period of severe stress followed by a couple of virus one after the other I needed a boost. These worked brilliantly on my raising my energy levels. The B vitamins are a great all rounder for health but certainly good for stamina as well. We all know how valuable vitamin C is for immune systems and this high dose will boost me throughout winter. I didn't want higher levels of Vitamin incase I became so energised I wouldn't relax down at the end of the day and not sleep well. Solar has the minimum of additives and fillers so more room for beneficial vitamins. I felt the benefit after only 2 weeks and won't be stopping them in the future that's for sure.

I purchased these after being fortunate enough to have trialled them free of charge in return for my feedback, halfway through that trial I realised that I didn’t want to be without them so ordered these to arrive the day the trial ended. They have given me so much more energy (no mean feat as, having Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I always felt drained) and I’ve so far managed to avoid the nasty viruses floating about so they may also have boosted my immunity 🤞 They are a large tablet but are not at all difficult to swallow and are just one a day so are so very easy to include in a daily routine. I will continue to take these based on the excellent results.

I purchased this product due to being run down and b vitamins all super low. I read if you are low on b vitamins then it's best to take a complex and not individual b vitamins. My mouth was super dry due to the low B6 and I craved ice all the time. Just after 2 days of taking one tablet a day I noticed a difference so for me these are exceptional. You have to give it to manufacturers, it’s not easy to stabilise all vitamins in one tablet, and they did it well with this one, it’s large… I am personally not a fan of TABLETS as capsules are more effective in my opinion. That said it’s as good as it gets if you want all in 1 TABLET specifically B plus C complex :)

We’ve used Solgar for years, and never had a problem. When they were out of stock, we bought another brand. It was terrible. These have everything anyone needs, and in the right proportions. If you find that the tablets are too big, you can always cut them in half. And full marks to the seller, who secured the package brilliantly and who sent it very quickly. We will certainly be buying our supplements from this vendor in future.

To be honest I didn’t feel any more energy or other benefits as described by other users.

I haven't been ill for months since taking this. My entire family got horrible colds last month and I somehow avoided it. I suspect it might be because of this product. The actual pill is a bit large and not east to swallow but it's worth it.

These vitamins are great & work well. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the taste. The coating on these has a terrible taste. Take with a flavored drink.
