Refreshing and great for iced drinks
Lovely crisp green apple flavour – not too sweet and not artificial tasting. I’ve been using it in iced teas and mocktails, and a small amount goes a long way. Mixes well without leaving any syrupy aftertaste. If you like fruity drinks, this is a reliable choice and feels just like something you’d get in a café.

Great syrup, bad bottle.
Really good syrup, tastes the best out of the ones I’ve tried. The only thing that makes this 4/5 stars is the last 2 bottles I have bought haven’t been incredibly hard to open. The metal cap is so flimsy that it doesn’t catch on the screw threads and just spins. Had to use pliers both times to get the cap off and now it doesn’t close properly, or air tight which is frustrating. I think even if I didn’t use pliers it also wouldn’t close airtight as the cap will just spin on the thread anyway. Regardless of the cap, I will still continue to buy from this brand because it is great value for money for the amount you get! Packaged really well as well, no chance of it smashing en route!

Simply superb
This is delicious with ice, wedge of lime/lemon or tonic but with vodka or gin it’s outstanding. I really like all of Monin’s syrups as they’re not watery but quite thick and a little - 1tsp - is enough for a tall glass. Perfect all year round with a delicate but unmistakable taste of slightly sour apples and a light green tint. Highly recommended
