I loved this little straightener. I purchased it on December 1, 2023. I went to charge it yesterday and already it will not charge. Once the last block of battery runs out, I guess it's useless. I tried reaching out to Amazon to connect me with the seller in hopes that I'm suddenly doing something wrong but despite the product page showing 24/7 customer support, I've been unable to get in contact with anyone. Super disappointed with this, my Helen of Troy straightener is like 20 years old and still works great. I wouldn't expect a rechargeable product to last that long obviously, but only 8 months? I gave it one star since I loved it so much while it lasted.

However, I recommend it primarily for those with thinner hair types since it might not have the power for thick hair, yet somehow, my think hair worked with the product well. Plus, the dual voltage feature is fantastic for international travel! Overall, this hair straightener is a perfect companion for anyone needing a reliable and effective styling tool on the go.

This cordless hair straightener and curler - 2in1 - is very lightweight, easy to set up and use, and I do believe would be perfect for traveling. But that's about all I'd recommend it for. If you are looking for a hair tool that you can do your hair for a long time, this is not what you need. I do think it does a good job, for the amount of minutes it works, but mostly for touching up or a quick little straighten. I also really like that the cord for charging is one I have on hand already, so it's easily able to charge when you need it to. And it does get hot, so please be careful while using.

Yes please 🙋🏻‍♀️ My favorite way to use it is in the car when we’re traveling out of town. If you’re like me and sleep in until the very last minute you either have a cute makeup face or cute hair. Usually I pick my face because I don’t have time to do both. Now, I don’t have to choose. It is small but mighty! This baby heats up in less than 30 seconds and a full charge will give you 30 minutes of use before having to charge again. It has 3 different heat settings and comes with a few helpful accessories. It’s easy to use, compact, lightweight & My hair looks nice and smooth and the curls last all day. I will say that after using for some time, the battery life is not great and the battery life no longer lasts for 30 minutes at a time. Also the opening where you place your hair in between the plates does not open wide enough and can be a problem at times.

I loved this product. I think It is the best friend you could take on a trip. It is very easy to use and carry. I love how my hair looks. I used it to straighten it and make waves and it looked great. It is ceramic so it does not mistreat the hair so much. It isn’t heavy and is very comfortable to use. I love that it doesn't leave frizz in my hair . I recommend it especially if your hair is short. I love the presentation of the product because it is of good quality. It has 3 temperature levels that you can regulate and that are visible to serve wavy/frizzy, thick or fine natural hair. The temperature is predictable with constant control that won't actually burn your hair The best thing about it is that it is cordless and for that. It’s so easy to use. The battery is fast charging and lasts about 1 hour on. This iron met all my expectations. I totally recommend it

First hair straightener that works. I loved this portable hair straightener, it's practical, it doesn't weigh much, it's easy to carry in your bag. The battery lasts a long time, I only charged it for 3 hours when I bought it and I've already straightened my hair 4 times. When you buy it, they include a comb, a hair clip, a charger and a protective case. It has three temperatures and it heats up very well and quickly at all of them. Without a doubt, it's an incredible product. As an additional, you can also curl your hair with this product and looks amazing.
