Review: Very good quality - Very good quality, I started using because I heard they were good for cramps but they not only improved but I also seem to get a great boost of energy and concentration. I tried cheaper alternative sources unsuccessfully, cramps returned. Review: I feel better on this one - Ive tried cheaper alternatives but come back to this one....I feel better on this one..... but I can not tell the difference between the omega oils by Pure pharma as compared to Swansons for example..... but specifically regarding Magnesium.... its a one horse race for me.

Not for me - gave me insomnia
These didn't agree with me - I usually fall asleep with no trouble at all, but these have me insomnia after a few days. I suspect it's the vitamin B6 as I've not had side effects from magnesium or zinc before.

Damaged capsule
Usually a great buy. However I opened the new delivery today and one (from what I can see so far) has burst inside the tub and gone everywhere.

I take these every night to help me sleep along with Valerian Root & a prescribed medication I take for migraines. This has been awesome. It not only helps me sleep but has also cut some of my migraines a bit. I'm pretty pleased. I don't find other magnesium products to be nearly as helpful. Perhaps it's the other ingredients and purity that makes it work so well. They work great for me!

Keeps you staying in healthy, sleeping deeply, and recovering as you should. Nice product. Can't quantify the gains with it but I do feel great consistently taking it.
