Very pleased with this to say the least. A lovely blue colour, very smooth writer....can't fault it. Going to be using this a lot in client meetings etc. A discreet professional touch. Some might say it is just a pen....but these type of pens are all about what is not said. Attention to detail, sharp, stylish, classy.....get one ! I would tend to get the rollerball version rather than the ball point....I read a review of the ballpoint and the reviewer was disappointed. That was good enough for me, so I bought this version and have no regrets.

This pen is excellent. It’s smooth and clear though I won’t say it’s a fine point but a medium. When in use you definitely have to put the cap to the base snugly or it would fly off. The material is metal and lightweight without hurting my hands

I have no problem at all with the product. Luckily I bought it for myself. If however I'd bought it as a gift the box and dust sleeve were quite tatty.

Lovely looking pen. Due to it's shape I find it slides through my fingers and therefore quite uncomfortable unlike my Cross Coventry ballpoint pens which are superb. I also find it quite 'scratchy' whilst writing quickly.

I had this pen in the basalt finish, it was a nice pen and was smooth to write with not scratchy at all. I did however swap the roller ball over for a fountain as I found the refills just too expensive long term.

Compared to the retail price this is a steal. The box it comes in is very nice. Once when writing the ink seemed to spotty coming out, but that was only one time. The pen cap is branded Cross, but the pen itself has no markings. That may be normal but I’m not sure..

Great looking pen. Sleek, uncluttered lines, nice weight and feel. The gel ink flows smoothly and the ink lasts a lot longer than some other pen manufacturers I've used. My only complaint is that the cap isn't held securely while writing and sometimes slips off the back section of the pen. Not a fatal flaw, but irksome. Great pen for the price.

I’ve been using Cross pens for 40 years or so. I had one get smashed by a car one time, and they replaced it. Can always find refills in blue, which I much prefer over black. Not my fanciest nor a fraction of the cost of my Montegrappa pens, but Cross are ultimately more reliable.
