Easy to use KT tape for just about any muscle aches/pains or were support required.
I’ve been using this tape on and off for years to help with old knee injury. The tape gives a good support instead of using a heavy knee strap. Using this tape helps muscles to still work and not become weaker but stronger. Due to the Covid-19 virus it would have been difficult to get from city centre chemist, so Amazon helped out yet again. If you’ve not used it before give it a try there is a big diagram page showing how to apply for different areas of the body and limbs. Stays on for at least 5 days and withstands showering daily, just pat dry. Excellent product.

QUALITY TAPES
Used cheap tapes last season which were OK, but the difference in quality is obvious. KT TAPES FROM NOW ON 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not long lasting but definitely hard working
It says it can be used up to 5-7 times but I really only managed to use it twice. However this tape is amazing, it works better than a knee brace that I had and that was only with three bits of tape.

Long lasting and good quality
Worth the money, I have used many different types of physio tape, this says on the longest. To all who review to say it gave you skin irritation or blisters.. it means you are not applying it correctly!

Not sure....
I’m not sure on this one, I used it on my ankle when I had a bad sprain. Firstly it is pretty easy to apply, and just follow one of the many videos on YouTube. Secondly it looks nice, stays in place fairly well and once it’s on you can almost forget it’s on there. This leads into my issue with it, I am not sold on wether it actually helps or not. You see pro sportsmen/women using it frequently and assume it helps, but when it’s on I just can’t tell. It’s a very gentle support, like a tubigrip but not as strong. I don’t feel it gave that much protection/support but it also didn’t hurt to use it. Maybe placebo maybe not, if you’ve got cash to burn, give it a try?!

Great support for minor injuries when running.
Really great for foot and knee support when running. Much stickier than non-pro version, and will stay on even if completely soaked which means overall it’s cheater in the long run.

Best Tape by far .....
Best tape by far. Have tried the cheaper versions but a noticeable difference in support - I run with a dodgy knee and so have strap the living daylights out of it!! Stick with the best, you do get what you pay for.
