Really strong ball.

Excellent, just what I need to build core strength after surgery.

This has been very useful and good quality. The one disappointment having somehow lost my foot pump (when we moved house I think), I cannot find a way to purchase one that fits. So be careful not to lose it and hope it doesn't break.

I'm sitting on this ball to write this review and I can already feel the benefits of sitting on a ball, using my core to help me balance and helping me to sit up straight. I look forward to using it at my desk. It's great that the pack includes everything you need, including a foot pump, spare stoppers, a stopper remover (very much appreciated!) and a nozzle to attach to the pump. It was fairly quick to blow up. I couldn't believe how much air fit in it. It looked full, but was still too small, so I tentatively kept pumping and now it's the correct size for me and the ball still feels strong, with no signs of bursting. I'm 5'8" with long legs and bought an XL, which I think was exactly the right size. I'd definitely recommend this.

Bought this for my dog, as he loves playing with footballs, I had been looking at the pet herding balls, they seemed over priced with bad reviews. What can I say so far it's been great, my dog is an 11 year old Boxer still very playful, he loves pulling the ball towards him with his front paws while walking backwards, although his stamina is not what it used to be, his exuberance for play is still strong, and this is holding up well, cannot say how well it would do for younger dogs but I think this would be well worth taking a punt on. If he does burst it its Cheap enough I don't mind getting him anther one. Currently 3 weeks in and he plays with it daily

A nice exercise ball. Blows up to size and holds the air. Unfortunately, it got too close to a small thorn on a rose in a flower display and the resulting puncture opened up a split from the top to the bottom of the ball rendering it a total write off. I should have expected to be able to patch a small hole in a ‘heavy duty’ ball so I am disappointed with my purchase! I am going with three stars because for the 15 minutes use we got from the ball, it was performing well. I am reminded by Trideer that the ball is 'Anti-Burst' not puncture proof. However, I expected more from an 'extra thick - heavy' duty ball than it to be defeated by a rose thorn. Perhaps my expectations are too high? JC

Good value for money but personally find it a little too soft (compared to AOK Mediball Pro).

This exercise ball is made with high quality, durable material. It’s very bouncy, sturdy, non-sticky, and non-slippery. The lines on the ball make it easy to hold, squeeze, and bounce even if you’re a heavy sweater. I use the ball both for exercise and as an office chair. I followed the size chart to find the right size, and this worked perfectly for me. The ball is packaged with a small foot pump, and took about 5 minutes to inflate. Also enclosed are an air hose, two different sizes of nozzles for the air hose, three white plug pins, and a plug pull clip. The colours are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, and I used nail polish to paint the heads of the plug pins the same color as my ball. Although the simple instructions for initial inflation and use are posted midway down the product page, the instructions enclosed in the package are not nearly as clear and comprehensive. Before using for the first time, 1) use the enclosed measuring tape or your own tape measure to make a note of your ball height (45cm, 55cm, 65cm, etc.) with a piece of tape or post-it note on the wall (do not use it to measure the diameter of the inflated ball), 2) pump the ball up to about 80% of that height and leave it for 24 hours without using, 3) after 24 hours, pump the ball to slightly more than the full height (you’ll lose a little air when you transfer in the plug after pumping) then leave it for another 24 hours before using.

Great quality yoga / pregnancy ball. Color is pretty. Easy to pump up as well as deflate, with provided pump and pin. Nice thick material making it sturdy and durable; soft but not at all slippery. Great size to utilize to sit at my desk at work. Worked perfectly to utilize during pregnancy.

I bought the black ball, which was recommended for someone six feet tall. I needed it for an exercise book I bought that has some exercises requiring a thick ball to use. The balls comes pretty much totally shrunken. A small foot pump and two plugs are provided. The pumping took much longer than I thought. I think it took about 700-800 foot pumps to get it to the required 85 cm. The ball didn't reach 85cm right away. I pumped it up pretty hard and it came up to 75cm. The instructions said to let the ball sit over night. The next morning the ball measured 85cm without adding any extra air, so the night must have allowed it to get the kinks out (literally). It's a great ball. Looks good and strong / substantial enough to handle the exercises I want to do.
