A very good make of guard, very comfortable, sturdy and flexible, will allow you to move around easy and throw kicks comfortably. Taking advice from another review: buy the size up from what you think you are. I am a 34 inch waist but bought a XL instead of a L and the guard fits comfortably snug.

Son said this is the most comfortable one hes had yet. He uses it for boxing and wanted one for his fights to wear under his shorts. This seems to have been a good choice. He's 14 and we bought a small mens.

Perfect piece of equipment. Does what it says. I’ve upgraded to this groin guard from the Adidas climacool groin guard and it is a significant step upwards. This cup is not a hard plastic it’s pliable and really comfortable while still hard to absorb shock. It fits nicely between your V gap of your legs so as to avoid chafing or discomfort when moving. Everything is well thought out. It’s even a dark colour on the waist band so if like me you use it for sparring you can slip it on and off quickly and easily without being too worried about it getting dirty while putting it on over your shoes

Having signed up to Brazillian Jiu Jitsu recently, I was advised by one of the regulars to get a 'cup'. I did a bit of searching and came across this one. Due to the fact that you get the jock strap and the protection cup to slide in from a well known brand like shock doctor, the price was decent so I took the plunge. I am usually a 34"-35" waist and I opted for the large option. The cup is a decent size and I think it should fit the majority of gentlemen in there. Now, I am yet to take a shot to the pills, thankfully, however whilst wearing them, as others have said, they are very comfortable and secure. They don't budge, especially under my base layer or vale tudo shorts. I can obviously feel I am wearing them but my movement (eg high kicks and sprawls) are not restricted in any way. So far so good!

For the price, this is a very reliable and solid choice. It's comfortable to wear, with a friend and I both finding that it doesn't chafe nor roll up / catch on anything. Also very protective - taken a few kicks / knees that would've made me a falsetto.

I bought the product to help following a vasectomy All though the product seems well made as is comfortable the sizing guide is not great hence the 3 stars. The gusset part was not wide enough before I had the opp let alone once swelling had set in. The cup is not comfortable at all and is too thin at the base. Apart from that great product and comfy enough

J'utilise cette coquille depuis quelques mois pour une pratique kickboxing, en remplacement d'une decathlon 1er prix que je pensais avoir perdu : + Matériaux (élastiques, tissus...) semblent de très bonne qualité. + Cette coquille protège les coucougnettes, ce qui est très important! + La coque est logée dans une poche. Elle peut donc s'enlever pour le lavage. + Le produit est plutôt léger, l'ergonomie est bonne. + Bon rapport qualité/prix. - Honnêtement je n'ai pas senti une amélioration flagrante par rapport à mon ancienne. Bref je recommande pcq le produit semble de qualité et le prix n'est pas si élevé, mais ce n'est pas non plus un produit miracle.
