What is this tool used for? I'm curious, as i brought a bunch of wood tools so maybe this is useful to have.

It is simply to mark an angle for a cut on wood metal or plastic. It is adjustable to any angle from 179 degrees to 1 degree. The blade folds flat into the wooden stock...Other than that it has no use.
