I have two of these bags. I take one to work with me so that I can express milk for my daughter during my lunch break. This usually provides me with two 3oz bottles which are then sent to crèche the next day using my second cool bag. I use a Medela pump with the associated Medela bottles; these are a perfect fit for the bag. My only criticism is that the bottles don't fit in when the teat and cap is attached. This isn't an issue for me as I just pop the teat and cap in separately but it's something to be aware of. Another reviewer mentioned that the teat will fit if it is turned inside out - good tip! At work I just bring two bottles and am able to fit the Medela Feestyle pump attachments into the bag too - I find this very convenient. I usually store my milk in the bag in the fridge but, if the fridge is full, I just keep the bag under my desk. I freeze the cool pack every night and, even if not in the fridge, the bag and ice pack will keep the milk just as cold as the fridge will for at least 6 hours. The small Medela bottles fit perfectly. The ice block is shaped to allow for the bottles and provides a perfect fit (and thus perfect cooling/insulation). I also like that the bag is subtle and professional looking - it makes it ideal for carrying to and from work. I highly recommend this product and feel like it has made my expressing journey simpler (so much so that I bought a second one so I could bring one to work and send one with my daughter each day). The only real downside is the cost. It does seem expensive but I believe that it's worth it for the practicality and the quality - my first bag has been in use since 2014 and still looks as good as new.

I bought this bag to store breastmilk when out and about and visiting other people's houses. I like the compactness of the bag, it doesn't take up any more room than it needs to and fits easily in even tiny fridges. Both the outer fabric and waterproof inner layer have a good quality feel and are easy to clean. The ice pack is the perfect shape to fit the bag and the curves of the Medela bottles. I don't normally use Medela bottles, the ones that I use to pump and feed my baby are Lansinoh. So I had intended to just pour my milk into these Medela bottles in order to transport them. But this wasn't necessary as I have found that the 160ml Lansinoh bottles also fit nicely into this bag, even with the teats and caps attached (see photo). The 240ml bottle can also fit into the bag if it has just a storage lid on. I keep the ice pack in the freezer when I'm at home, so It's always ready to go. I have never used the bag with milk overnight but I have used the bag multiple times for 10ish hours with no noticeable change in the milk temperature. Overall, a perfectly compact bag for storing expressed milk or bottles ready for feeding. I am currently using it a second time for baby number 2 and it is proving to be an equally useful tool to aid in feeding my baby breastmilk on the go this time around. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful little set! Absolutely perfect for storing milk on the go. Bought for when I went back to work as the fridge at work is often too full for me to store my pumped milk in, and also I don’t trust it won’t get tampered with or contaminated so I bought this and it’s perfect. The bottles are spot on in terms of size, and fit into the bag perfectly, abd should a decent amount of milk. and the ice pack fits around all the bottles and keeps them cold for hours. I take it out of the freezer in the morning when I leave for work, so around 7:20am and it’s still cold when I get back at 6:30pm. Would be great for travelling as well as work, or basically for any time you can’t get to a fridge to store that precious liquid gold.

So good for nighttime pumping sessions. Keeps milk nice and cold

This is great for keeping milk fresh on warm days. It’s not mentioned, but this case also fits the Medela 250ml bottles very snuggly. (Note the case only comes with 150ml bottles and I did say snuggly!)! Which is great for those babies who eat a lot more!

We originally bought this to carry medella bottles but have since started using it with all sorts. It fits two tommee tippee bottles well and also a milk bottle and water Cup combo. It keeps the contents really cold and is a very sturdy carrier.

Not giving 5 stars because it is expensive for what it is!!! That said, I have a medela breastpump so it is very convenient to take with me to work, it fits easily in my bag pack and keeps the milk really cold (even with the ice pack spending the day in the office's fridge as there is no freezer)! It is well insulated but I wonder if having bought a thermal bag and an ice pack separately wouldn't have done the trick too!

The ice pack stays cold for a long time which is nice for my 45 minute commute home from work. The storage bottles are perfect size for my 3 pump sessions during the day.
