Amazing stuff. Expensive but good.

This was recommended to me as my husband was under quite a lot of pressure and neither of us were sleeping well. We take one in the morning and one in the evening and have both felt a lot calmer and slept between 6-8 hours a night and feel quite refreshed on waking. It also seems to work on a digestive level too and keep everything moving. There don't appear to be any side effects and I believe it's very supportive of the adrenal glands which can become exhausted with stress- since the adrenals, walnut sized glands on top of the kidneys, are involved in every bodily function from brain, to liver, heart, hormones etc and we wouldn't survive without them, it's good to know this supplement is helping keep them healthy. There is a lot written about adrenal fatigue and it's part in the rise of obesity( being stuck in famine/survival mode) and many ot the diseases of the last 100 years, so I was very pleased to find this supplement which we've been taking for 2 months and as well as the above, it seems to have helped to stabilise my husbands blood pressure at a safe level

Arrived as promised, well packaged. Postage meant these were a bit expensive, however have used twice and they do seem to help me relax.

I bought this after reading a lot of very positive reviews here and elsewhere. When it arrived I took 2 capsules and it gave me a headache so I reduced my following doses to just one capsule and haven't had a headache since. The big benefit came when I changed the way I took it. I read online that some people empty the capsule under their tongue and let the powder dissolve there. The amino acid is water soluble and as it dissolves the underside of your tongue absorbs it and it gets into the blood stream much quicker. I tried this and it definitely works better. I feel the effects much faster and the effect of just one capsule is more than enough to keep my anxiety away for 4hours or so. I also don't need to worry about taking it on an empty stomach. I take one before I go to work in the morning and combined with the caffeine in a strong coffee I am focussed, calm and productive. Can't recommend these enough.

I had a particularly stressful time following an illness and searched for everything and anything I could that was as natural as possible to help. I tried these to help with symptoms of anxiety and panic. They are not an instant hit however after two weeks of taking one twice a day (one in morning and one early evening) I did feel a level of calmness and the physical symptoms of anxiety and panic lessened. I had combined this with CBT and hypnotherapy as the tablets won't work on their own, but I did feel the physiological impact of them. If I take any now I just take one in the morning as L Theanine may impact sleep. I found these incredibly useful. If you are uncomfortable buying these from unknown sellers online then Holland and Barrett sell them.

Theanine is a great product to keep you in a good mood. This brand is good. If you take together with Gaba-Tyrosine and L-Tryptophane every day, you will never again be depressed, nervous, unhappy or panicked. 1 month of this combination is enough to make you happy. Later don't stop. Better if you don't drink and avoid busters like cocaine, amphetamines or even Prozac :) Do not underestimate my suggestion, I experimented on myself and I'm not in this business.

Me tomo una o dos pastillas al día y me ayuda con la ansiedad. Estoy más tranquila. No tiene efectos secundarios. Lo único que he notado es que mi sueño es más ligero desde que me tomo las pastillas. Tengo un reloj que me mira las fases del sueño cada noche y desde que me tomo teanina tengo menos sueño profundo y menos fases REM. Aun así me ayuda con la ansiedad, así que creo que es un buen producto. Demasiado caro, por eso.
