I decided to try the SlimFast 7 Day Ready To Go Kit to help jump-start my weight loss journey, and it’s been a great choice so far. The kit includes a good variety of shakes, meal bars, snack bags, and snack bars, making it easy to follow the 3-2-1 meal plan. I appreciate the convenience of having everything portioned out and ready to go, which has helped me stay on track with my diet. The shakes are surprisingly tasty and filling, and the meal bars are perfect for when I’m on the go. I’ve found the snacks to be a nice touch, helping to keep hunger at bay between meals. The whole kit is well-balanced and provides the nutrition I need without feeling deprived. The only downside is that some of the bars can be a little dry, but that’s a minor issue considering the overall value and effectiveness of the kit. I have been trying to lose weight for years but was never able to be successful. So I decided that I would get this to help me kickstart it and get me into the swing of it. The box comes with premade bottled shakes in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, 2 of each. They taste okay and contain 204cals each. The box also contains 7 snack chocolate bars. 3 strawberry chocolate and 4 choc caramel. Then you have 3 sour cream & chive pretzels, and 4 baked cheddar bites (all snacks 99cals each). Finally you have the replacement meal bars. 4 very berry (225cal), and 4 choc chip (211cal). The chocolate taste in the meal bars takes a little getting used to but they are really nice. They are very much like dense rice crispy bars. Also side this you actually get the leaflet which have a 7 day menu on it, advising you what you could opt for for each meal and snack. The meal they suggest does have the ingredients and recipe on the back of it so you are able to make it. Overall this has really helped me get into the right head space and stop me from just snacking on anything and everything. I am sticking to it and, along with some exercise, I am losing weight. I now have the box on subscription for every few weeks as some things I am buying in bulk elsewhere but this will always keep me on track. It is good value for what you are getting.

This SlimFast Ready to Go Kit is well worth the money, a big box full of snack bars, cereal bars, crisp type snacks and milkshakes that can be stored and consumed when needed. I bought this because I have been on a weight loss journey for the last few months and making SlimFast shakes with soy milk for the past couple of years and wanted to see if these snacks could be a good alternative to crisps etc. There are a few leaflets inside the box showing various diets you can try and show the most effective way to use them. The shakes taste very nice, but they're not as thick as expectedand I wouldn't call them shakes more like a flavoured milk drink (even when shaken well). The cereal bar aren't bad, but they did taste quite powdery (did fill me up). The small snacks and snack bars were the best tasting, but didn't fill me up as much as I was hoping. With all of this being said, I won't be ordering this again because the cereal snack bars and some of the milkshakes give me painful gas after I consume them; I'll be sticking to SlimFast power with Alpro soy milk and making my own protein bars going forward.

I need to take medication several times a day - (some with solid food and some with an empty stomach). I originally believed that this type of diet would not be for me. Happily, I have discovered that, in actual fact, it is perfect. The meal replacement bars are very substantial and filling and pair well with my meds. Everything is tasty, although some things are a little too sweet for my personal taste. This starter pack is the ideal introduction to this method of dieting and I've lost 3kg in the first two weeks. The diet plan is easy, tasty and effective..especially as it includes a 'proper' meal each day so you don't have to miss out on favourites as long as you watch the calories. It's given me the determination to continue and i have just been shopping locally to explore more products in the range. Wish me luck!

Great it comes in a box. Only 6 shakes though. One day you have to have 2 of the bars. If you could customise the flavour of the contents it'd be good. The 3 flavours of shakes, two each. Chocolate tastes like merky water, and strawberry is vile. The coffee one is nice, but tastes different to the coffee ones bought in a pack of 6, which is strange. The meal replacement bars are okay at best. The crisp are rubbish as there are only 3 chive ones and 4 of the boring flavour (dissapointing). The chocolate snacks are tasty, but mine had all glued to the wrapper rendering them completely useless and messy to eat. Overall, was starving throughout the day. Probably gained weight rather than lost it. My wife bought her box first and she's good with diets, and even she was complaining of being hungry all the time. In summary: waste of money and would not buy again. Only thing good was it was all in a box and quick to grab, so I'd recommend buying it all indevidual and putting it in a box like this yourself.

I’d gone through quite a tough time and my comfort /boredom eating had got totally out of hand with prework visits to the garage and trips to the vending machine etc I knew I needed something easy, simple to follow and sweet to satisfy me.. this works great. I have the milkshake for breakfast, a snack bar for work break and my lunch is a meal bar, the savoury snack and a can of sugar free pop. I have a proper meal at home later. Is it the healthiest way to lose weigh? Probably not Is it the cheapest way to lose weight? It costs less than my meal deals etc so I’m saving money Does it satisfy my sugar cravings? Absolutely Is it easy to stick to? I think so because I have a very structured work day and veything is ready to go Most importantly , am I losing weight? Absolutely, slow and steady plus I’m feeling healthier too. I’ll definitely be carrying on

I have purchased this a few times to kick start a diet and I find it really useful as it has your full week set out you just need to add in you healthy snack and meal.

Bought one in the spring sale in March and was so impressed I bought a 2nd box a few days later. Really enjoy the shakes, so tasty and the snacks and other meal replacement bars are great too. Meal bars were all best before with 'June' dates so a couple of months to eat them, couple of the choc shakes had 'May' best before dates but again that's fine as they will be used way before then. When I got mine it was the choc chip and very berry bars but looks like they have changed the boxes to include 3 new flavours and extra flavour snack bar, so may have to get a third box! Have lost 4 lbs in first week, and never hungry either so it's working for me!
