I add this to hot chocolate so that I can get my daily collagen in. I don't really taste it. Not sure if it makes any difference to my skin but I like that fact that it is not bovine and dissolves easily without a residue., can make your drink slightly frothier (some people may appreciate this). I've also added it to things like quinoa porridge or pancakes and it's worked wonderfully. I use it sparingly given the price, about one level teaspoon per day. Cheaper that a lot of collagen supplements out there and no nasty additives. I trust the product.

I really really hate the taste of fish, and there is no getting away from the source of this collagen. Having used these for about two years now, I have repeatedly tried other brands, but always found myself coming back to this one. I have endured these because they have made a significant difference for me, and whilst I have not noticed any difference in my energy levels, both receding har and receding gums have been reversed for me as well as giving me younger looking and feeling skin (I'm almost 60). These regularly go on sales, and I stock up at these times. Good value for money compared to there Collagens - which may require a higher daily intake - very misleading to compare cost to weight with other brands for this reason. Easy to dilute on boiling water - unlike other brands - and the taste is easy enough to disguise with tea or concentrate juice. If you like fish, as my wife does, you won't mind the taste at all. Just bought a years supply when they were on sales - unlikely to look at another brand again.

This is the best quality marine collagen I have tried. It's very finely milled with a barely perceptable taste/odor (I find collagen and gelatine supplements can taste and smell absolutely foul, so this product is a delightful change! Though I still use it in strongly flavoured juice.). It dissolves reasonably well with vigorous stirring, though always leaves some small lumps. However, it is very expensive and after using it for 3 months (and having used marine collagen for 4 consecutive months in total) I see no perceptible difference in my skin/hair/nails or my joints/digestion. My skin actually looks more tired and dehydrated (likely due to stress/poor sleep/new skin products) in spite of an otherwise healthy diet and lifestyle (no added sugar, never touched alcohol, cigarettes or coffee, daily sunscreen and skincare without fail and a diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts, oily fish, olive oil and wholegrain gluten free oats). Disappointed not to have seen any results. I'm mid thirties and my skin is defintely showing the first signs of ageing. Due to the high cost, I cannot justify continuing to use a product that doesn't seem to be doing anything. There are other supplements that may have better anti-ageing effects for less money, so I think I will move on to those next.

This review is only my opinion ! First of all ladies this isn't a wonder cure for wrinkles or cellulite Im 57years old parents from the Med so blessed with good genes ! You wont look younger and start pulling toy boys believe me lol and If you want something that tastes like strawberries and smells like roses then get something full of additives or botox ! "ignore the bad reviews about taste etc " this is a natraul product so doesnt smell or taste of anything really ...disolves in cold water after a few minutes dont be stiring and whisking it you will end up with a blob of gloop ...you can add it to coffee or tea I use a tablespoon thats x4 teaspoons I have heard of people spinkling it on cereal I havnt done that ! However my hair seems to feel healthier and nails have improved in strength ...I did notice my skin went a little dry for a week maybe two then it did and has remained softer thats a plus I am going to buy this product again as it does have its plus sides ...sorry fellas carnt comment on this product for you as Im female it may work different for you

I received the collagen around a month and half ago. At first, I was really happy, I liked the flavour and the easy way to use. Around 2 weeks ago I noticed a kind of black bit, I didn't worry about it but as more days pass I found more of this black bits. The bottom us full of them, I am very disapointed to find out the product is contaminated with what appears to be plástic bits. I'VE LOST ALL CONFIEDENCE IN THE BRAND.

I have just received this today so it would be early to comment on its effects on my body - I will update this review in a month time. However, my experience so far is that 1, I honestly didn't notice a fishy smell, there is just a very faint smell that isn't unpleasant it's something you get from some protein powders too. 2, I mixed it in with my low carb smoothie and it didn't change the taste - again, no fishy taste. But just out of curiosity I mixed some in a little water to see if it tastes like anything but there was no noticeable taste whatsoever. 3, Mixed well both with the smoothie and water - no clumps. 4, I have not experienced any digestive issues (5 hours after drinking it). Hope this helps.

I have been trying this for few weeks now amd works very good. I like it is natural and has marine origin. Good for mixing with frut and veg smoothies.
