Royal & Langnickel All Media Easel Artist Set (104 Piece)

Honestly I don't know where all the negative comments are coming from. I ordered the product so unsure if I made the right choice, but I can tell you know I made the perfect choice. I am a very amateur artist, to say so. The product came very well packed, and it looks so great, believe me. It is very easy to assemble, no tool required. Also, the product has all you need, it depends now on what you are looking to do and also bear in mind that it is not a wonder set, it is a painting set. I bought extra 3 painting brush sets (but I kinda over do it there, too much enthusiasm 😊) and you will need at some point to buy separately some extra white colour, as it runs out pretty fast being needed in loads of mixes (or not, depends on how you prefer to use your colours). You have to wet the brushes to have them soft when you first use them; also whilst you paint, keep the brushes in water, otherwise the bristles will dry and become rough; after using them, if you used acrylic paint, wash them with water and soap, put them in some water with some clothing softener, leave them there for few hours (or overnight). Then take the brushes out, don't rinse them, but leave them to dry horizontally on a clean cloth for few hours. After that, put them with the bristles up in a dry cup or whatever you prefer to use. The box supports nicely a canvas. By the way, the box set comes with two small-ish canvases, the one in my photo I bought separately, and it's bigger than what you will receive. But this doesn't mean it is wrong, it is meant to fit in the box set. Anywho, I am so very happy with my purchase. And another tip, look on youtube for different "how to" stuff, you will find loads of tutorials.

A comprehensive collection of paints with a built in easel. This is great for storage and the paints are really good quality. if you enjoy doing paint by numbers then you will be able to colour match very easily. The box is made well and is sturdy.

Our young daughter spends hours painting, drawing and coloring everyday, so this was a natural present for her for Christmas and she does love it! A couple of things - broken chalk when it arrived and the paints had all falllen out of their holders. It was very messy when we first opened each drawer! I know it's a "professional" set, but I do wish it had come with a few instructions for how to deal with acrylic and oil based paints, too. Overall, great value for money and I will just have to google some guidelines!

Really beautiful gift

Purchased as a gift for my partner. The set includes tonnes of different mediums and painting tools, representing great value for money. The storage box/easel is well built, yet small enough to still be portable. The number of draws/compartments allow for the storage of all you'd need. Very impressed with this set for the price.

Just received this item today. Check before presenting to anyone as a gift as a lot of the contents had been dislodged from their holding. After tidying the set up I was more than pleased with the contents. This is for the discerning art lover not recommended as a childs toy as the contents are pretty sophisticated, eg acrylic paints etc. The whole set is contained in neat compartments and should be eveything my A Level Student Daughter will need, as I have heard her many times moan about chalks and acrylics that she hasnt got. This has the lot and she can keep it all safely compartmentalized in the sturdy wooden drawers. Great buy, well worth the money!!great dispatch !!

It's bought as a gift that hasn't been given yet so I can't yet comment on the quality of the actual art supplies themselves, but I did open the whole lot up to check it as there were some reviews about broken and missing items. The one I received does seem to have all the items and in excellent condition, even the pastels were unbroken. You get a lot of items in the set and it seems to be good quality.

J'ai acheté cette mallette pour l'anniversaire d'une enfant de 10 ans. Passée l'angoisse du déballage suite à une livraison effectuée par le tristement célèbre transporteur Colis Privé (Amazon, vos partenaires vous veulent du mal, il serait temps de réagir...), j'ai été soulagé de constater qu'il n'y avait pas eu de casse, seulement un peu de chamboulement dans les tiroirs. Je dois dire que j'ai été très surpris par la qualité de cette boite. Elle est parfaite pour un cadeau d'anniversaire car très belle et très bien faite. De plus, à l'ouverture des tiroirs, c'est la caverne d'Ali Baba ! Que de trésors ! La boite est très bien organisée. Elle propose trois type de peinture : aquarelle, acrylique et huile. Chacun des trois tiroirs est donc dédié à un type de peinture, et comporte ses propres ustensiles (pinceaux, spatules...), en plus d'autres éléments comme les crayons, les pastels, palettes, qui viennent compléter l'ensemble. Je trouve cette organisation très pratique, surtout pour un enfant qui sait immédiatement où trouver chaque tube ou crayon en fonction de ses envies. Il ne s'agit évidemment pas d’ustensiles de qualité pro, à ce prix, mais cet ensemble me semble absolument parfait pour un débutant. De plus, il suffira de remplacer dans la boite, au et à mesure qu'ils s'usent, les tubes de peinture, les crayons, et les différents ustensiles.

Prodotto estremamente serio e professionale. Ottimo legno e buon set sia per principianti che per chi già dipinge da tempo, e vuole magari ricominciare senza troppe pretese. La bellezza di quest set base, non è solo la compattezza, l'utilità e la varietà di colori e materiali da usare per pittura e disegno. Ma anche il fatto che la Royal & Langnickel, cosa non meno importante, vende a prezzi molti bassi rispetto alla media e ai negozi per arti, tutti i pezzi di ricambio e altro ancora su amazon a basso costo. Dunque io consiglio assolutamente questo Set. I pennelli sono professionali ed eccezionali, ce ne sono molte varietà e durezze. La base di appoggio della tela è stabile. Adorabile e come regalo per una persona alle prime armi o chi vuol ricominciare a dipingere o disegnare è perfetto. Direi che per i ragazzi è un set che stimola la fantasia e la creatività. Consigliato alle mamme e ai papà che vogliono fare un ottimo regalo ai loro figli che hanno già questa passione visibile in modo spiccato, ad un prezzo ottimo e un risparmio eccezionale. Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta. DOPO TRE ANNI DI UTILIZZO: valigetta ancora compatta e perfettamente utilizzabile, colori che si mantengono benissimo, tanti quadri e materiale durevole...vi dico compratela ai vostri figli, nipoti, ad amici e colleghi se amano dipingere perché è fenomenale!
