Good flavour and a good amount of protein
This protein bar is one of the best I've tasted. Other bars that I have tried tasted a bit eww but these ones have a great balance. It's a nice fusion of chocolate and peanut butter without being over powering of either flavour. Each 64g bar packs 20g of protein into it and only 1.9g of sugar which makes it even healthier. One of the things I like about it is that it is palm oil free. So much of our food is packed with palm oil and it is awful for us and the environment. You get 12 x 64 gram bars in the box each individually wrapped so you can grab one on the way to the gym or when you get back. Using these I've managed to get a good protein boost after the gym and it's really helping me get the results I want. I should mention that these bars do contain milk, soya, gluten and barley so if you do have any issues with these I would think carefully about using. Everyone has different sensitivity to these ingredients, I am able to tolerate small amounts so this is fine for me.

Gorgeous taste
Lovely taste, no weird aftertaste or odd chemical smell. I feel like I'm eating a proper chocolate bar, they are very filling and great as an on the go snack or "emergency" food for your handbag or sports bag

Functionally great, but a little off on taste
I buy these regularly as an easy protein hit after a long swim session. The texture is good and they do a decent job of satisfying any hunger. Being low-calorie / using sweeteners, there is a loss of taste. These are not Snickers, but 245 calories (I buy chocolate peanut butter). The compromise is certainly worth it. If you want the practicality of a bar and a decent taste for a reasonable price, then I recommend them.

The best protein bars, no contest
I was always a fan of Grenade protein bars until I tried these. They are the best flavour, consistency, size, texture, etc. you can buy in my opinion. They hardly taste like protein bars, more like a chocolate bar, honestly! I've also tried the plant based bars and some of the other flavours PHD have to offer but the Chocolate Peanut Butter is the best by far. I have one almost everyday as a morning/afternoon snack and I've always got a box of them in the house or on order. BTW they are currently £14.99 direct from PHD. Spend £35 for free delivery. Cheaper than Amazon at the time of writing... although last month Amazon had them at £12.99 for a box so check both places before buying.

They changed from premium to cheap experience
These had been my one of my favourite bars for many years (including other brands), but it seems they changed the recipe to huge detrimental effect. The texture used to be perfect with a light centre and a crispy coating, as well as a well balanced taste (sweet but not sickly). Now however, they have a stodgy texture and an unpleasant aftertaste, like many cheap protein bars. At first I thought I had received a bad batch but when I was sent a replacement the quality was poor again. Sadly it looks like they are cutting corners with the ingredients and/or the manufacturing process. Most disappointing!

Delicious
I have one issue with this product. Even though I am aware that it has 1.9g of sugar and 20g of protein, I still feel guilty after eating a bar because I could have sworn I just ate a chocolate bar. And even though my brain is aware of all of this I can’t stop it! Seriously though the Choc Peanut Butter bar is out of this world. And I have probably tried almost every protein bar out there both in the UK and the US. This is by far the best. You do get the slightest protein bar aftertaste (other protein bar eaters, you know what I’m talking about), but it is very slight to the point of almost being nonexistent. But even so, do yourself a favour and get yourself a box of these. One will not be enough! (Over time. In one sitting one is more than enough!)

5 star flavour but with a warning!
Well I'm going to give them 5 stars - they taste so amazing, better than any chocolate bar you can find in the sweets shop. BUT.....there is ONE major downside..... they give me the most God awful flatulence; a cross between rotten eggs and burnt tyres. No one else on the reviews appears to have experienced this so perhaps it's just me but sadly I will have to try another flavour or give these up altogether on days I interact with other people.

In my opinion these bars are truly disgusting. Very strong protein taste and bad texture as well. Absolutely cannot recommend to buy these.

Prodotto comprato in super offerta Black Friday; decisamente ottimo.

I’m surprised by the comments that said this tasted good. Tastes like a lot of artificial flavors to me and the texture wasn’t so crunchy
