Unlike other pitaya powder used, this one is really intense and wonderful. Highly recommend.

Lo, 'tis a glorious sweet and sometimes subtle flavor this dragon fruit power doth impart to my giant salads and oatmeal bowls for the last few months! The subtlety comes from being blended with sometimes competing flavors, like the tuna ventresca or beans in some of my salads. Very high quality, fresh-tasting, gorgeous uplifting (hello, unicorns and fairytale :-)color, nutritious, easy to blend, does not overpower other flavors and unusual ingredient mixes I like to make. I believe I found this brand in one of my Medical Medium books. 1 tablespoon does the trick per serving. Refrigerate after opening.

Delicious but super clumped up
I got this for making Medical Medium liver rescue smoothies. Given the cost I was hoping to measure it for each smoothie, but I cannot do that as it's all clumped up. These big pieces in the photo are like rocks, I can't even get my really good chef knife thru it. Not sure what to do about it. not sure I'll order again.

I wish it didn’t taste this good!
I got this after reading the benefits of dragon fruit. I didn’t expect but since I had the white dragon fruit and it was completely tasteless. This tastes good! It’s not over the top flavorful but it’s mildly sweet and tastes like berries I have to stop myself from gobbling the powder straight out of the bag. Its a bit pricey so I wish I didn’t like it so much. If I see any benefits I’ll keep at it!
