When I was about to lose hope, I met Vanmass!! 😄😄✨Terrific design:An extremely elegant package and super easy operation attracted me so much! The release button is on the back of the mount. A slight press can release the phone easily. The bottom cradle perfectly matches the phone so that it won't affect the charging port. Got to say, their designers designed a particularly user-friendly product!📦Speedy delivery:The package came to me in just two days! And I was so surprised after I opened it. The product's silicone part and the telescopic arm's feeling is sooo awesome! I don't need to worry about scratching my phone any more. The phone also won't slide out. Instantly I fell in love with it!!💝Easy and highly operable:Not only four types of installation but also adjust the length of the telescope arm, the angle and the direction of the mount. It's definitely worth over $100 if separately calculated! Oh right! The product comes with a three level air vent clip which can choose a different level to fit the car air outlets' blade. How thoughtful!!🥰Incredible customer service:Actually, I’m also a curious baby. I wanted to install the telescopic arm backward. But a sad thing happened :( I didn't hold it well and it fell to the ground. So sad.. How silly I was... I didn't know what to do and contact them through Amazon (sold by-ask a question). I got the response soon. They told me that the suction cup is reusable and showed me the way to clean and reinstall it.Ask them any problems you have. They will provide a suitable solution for you. As I feel that they have a special attentive service team! :)😉Clean the suction cup and reinstall:If anyone encounters the same issue as mine, try this: clean the suction cup with water - after natural air dry to restore the stickiness - reinstall it. As described and (unless the price seems a bit much for you) I recommend it. It's very adaptable to situations and various cars. The best option for me was to use my driver's side "wing" window (which doesn't open.) My phone is now at a great height to keep my eyes up when driving.I was using a different brand magnetic device in the cupholder between my front seats. I can't recommend that kind, in part because it is easy for you or your passenger to knock your phone off. That's not an issue here. I can easily view/touch the screen. Perfect for your phone's Maps app when negotiating strange territory. So far no issue with the suction pad coming lose. (Time will tell.) It can be cleaned and put back, not a big deal. One thing to know is that if you use the attachment with glass, the directions say that long exposure to direct sunlight can cause the pad to separate from the surface (dash/or window.) Materials seem fine. It's pretty lightweight. The side clasps hold the phone sufficiently and the back release button is conveniently located and easy to press. It's not a hinderance when getting in or out of the car. Obviously when opening the door, the device goes with the door so it has the potential (I suppose) to get knocked off or to be bumped to the ground, where phone breakage might be as issue. Final note, if your dash has a texture this may not adhere. It needs to have a flat surface for the suction to work. Finally, there's the option of a vent attachment if you prefer.I like it a lot.

Excellent Phone holder. I've bought all sorts over the years and the VANMASS has proven to be the best! I now own 5 of them for all my vehicles...even a boat. Excellent base, no shaking like most holders, no loose phones, no noise or squeaks, and even the vent mount actually works (I only have that on one vehicle now, the rest I use the provided bases). After 18+ months of baking heat and exposed on my vehicle dash, one of my phone holders broke. Not the mount, just the part that holds the phone. I contacted VANMASS and was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised at the EXCELLENT, quick and very helpful customer service. I contacted on a Wednesday and by Sunday a new holder was on my doorstep. Again, a great product thats stood behind by excellent customer service. I will always shop for my phone gear here first. A customer for life!!
