This thing is awesome, I just got it a few days ago but I love it so far. I am an artist and for speed purposes I need this to trace out the basic shapes and placements of things, so I am using watercolor paper and the brightness of this light goes through WATERCOLOR PAPER! That is awesome. This is a game changer for me. The various light settings on these are so helpful in my process. It is great in size as well . I am so excited that I can move on quickly with my projects now. If anything changes, I will update later but, SO FAR,SO GOOD!! Oh and the weight of this light box is great not too heavy,and it's way thicker than the last one I had . Huge plus!! This will definitely help my drawing speed. It can be plugged in as well.

Move over old light board there's a new board in town! 😅 Ok, now I will be serious. I love this light pad. It's LARGE and very bright. This is my first newer board but I am very impressed. The lock for the buttons is amazing. I'm just very happy with my purchase. I only received it today so I dont know how long it will last but it seems sturdy and well made. For the price its a WIN. Cord length is decent. Its not long but not short either. It has a good bit of weight but not heavy. 🙂 -Sarah

Great tracing board. Nice and big, good light selections. Easy to plug in anywhere and lightweight. Cord length could be longer, but it's good enough for a plug in close by with adapter or something into laptop.

This tracing light box works so well. I needed something for my illustrations and got this unit. It is a good price, nice and big, and lights up really well. It feels sturdy, but is light weight enough that you can bring it to any room in the house, no problem.

This item is almost perfect. It is thin and lightweight and easy to transport with the handy carrying sleeve. The controls are conveniently located and intuitive to use. Setup is easy. You just plug the connector into the AC adapter then into an outlet. There are multiple brightness settings. Unfortunately the harsh blue LED's put too much of a strain on my eyes and I will be returning it. What would make this gadget truly perfect would be to add a light temperature setting. A more yellow light would appear brighter and be less strain on the eyes. Also, a hanging wire on the back of the light would be convenient for those wishing to trace while standing. Other than the light temperature issue, this was exactly what I was looking for. Just another suggestion to buyers. Find the size that you think will be perfect, and then order the next larger size. You will be glad you did.

I ordered this to use as a light box for capturing old photo slides. I clamped on a piece of cardboard that I could set my slide on, put it all on an art easel, then used my phone to capture a photo of the illuminated slide (have to zoom in and keep a steady hand) I’m sure this would also work great for the intended use of tracing and other art projects. It Works great and I am happy with my purchase and the value. Would recommend!

Great for reviewing dozens of 35mm photographic slides at one time. I no longer want hundreds of views of the same mountain or other scenes and was quickly able to reduce my massive collection of carousel type slide trays down to just a few that take up far less space. Using this light box decades of slides were sorted in just a few days and the excess trays all went to the charity thrift store. I can now find exactly what I want more easily. This lightweight but sturdy box was incredibly helpful. Color rendition and clarity were perfect and I love that I can quickly adjust the brightness to suit the time of day, darkness of the room and light exposure of the pictures. Using this perfectly designed product was both intuitive and comfortable. Thank you for helping me to simplify my home!

Finally l have a light that works well It has the controls on the side where you don’t keep turning them off It is big enough for my big paintings that I love to do and bright enough to see I just hope it lasts longer than my others

Very reasonable price indeed for what this is. A solid, quality item with a nice large surface, bright even lighting and with adjustable light level.

This was exactly what I expected. Has a few different brightness's and shows through a t-shirt even. You can lock it in place so it doesn't accidently turn off or change the brightness. The cord is nice and long to plug in wherever you are set up. The clips are a nice addition to keep your work in place. I don't have any complaints. Comes with a bag to carry it as well.
