The product quality is good, but after assembly there is a jerking movement and noise during use. Also, the return process is inconvenient—courier has to be arranged by the customer and the refund takes up to 30 days. This was not clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. Buyers should be aware of this before ordering.

Good quality and worth to buy

It falls over easily, which is dangerous. Reason is the base is not heavy enough, so center of gravity too high. Also the arm does not fit tightly into the base, leaving it to sway about 0.5cm even when the screws are tight. The screws in the meantime are inappropriate, they get loose by construction. At the very least there should be split ring washers to prevent that from happening, but there are none. This alone shows the lack of consideration that went into the design. Was all about looks. Very dangerous product, would have to be recalled in any normal country.

Installing kit missed (only big pcs received)

Very noisy,loud sound when I start using. I believe they missed kind of gasket between the arm and the base.
