Better than expected. Be creative!
This headset splitter has its primary use as advertised. It also supports background stereo music during, say, a romantic phone conversation. A nice gesture. (Trust me!) My intended use is to share podcasts while allowing conversation simultaneously. A little tinkering with volume levels is required, but once that is sorted, it works very well. An added bonus, since your phone or other mobile device is no longer mobile, the recharge can be plugged in to allow for long conversations. Better still: I was delighted to discover that a two-bar signal strength may become three-bar, which is huge in terms of signal clarity when coupled with a good quality headset. And: I am not even using a smart phone, just a 4G flip phone, which does support stereo headphones, much to my surprise. Be creative, people!

Seems very well made - **Watch Out for Disconnected calls if ...
- This adapter does exactly what we need it to do. Allows us to connect, in our case 2 headset/phones to a single android phone. - Other than normal cellular lack-of-quality calls (with or without this adapter, as with any radio signaling requirements or interference), we are able to have perfect joint conversation on the same connected device without issue. Works great! ** Not an issue - just the nature of it! The only issue is if you do not hookup the adapter in the most ideal way. While I am not aware of manufactures instructions, you typically would want to ALWAYS hook the headsets up to the Splitter Adapter FIRST, then plug the adapter into the phone. Depending on your phone/device, you may have to hook everything up before you make the call. For us, our experience has been during the few times we forgot to plug headphones to adapter first, the calls will DROP (to our own fault; if we tried plugging the adapter into the phone first!). ** This is perfectly "OK" as from my experience, seems like how it should work. No problem at all - just a note to share. Besides, in the old days, many connections had to be made for some devices while power is off -- luckily we have come quite far in technology (in some areas) ;) Overall - love it - super useful at to the reason we purchased it. One less cellular radio transmitter needed since we can share and save some headaches.

Works Very Well
I bought these so that I can use my earphones, and also a small speaker while I'm playing my instruments. It does a good job of splitting the audio evenly. The only issue is that I need less volume in my earphones, but the volume adjusters on the earphones and small speaker won't work when they're plugged into the audio splitter. However, I found an old pair of earphones that has a wheel/dial volume adjuster, and this one does work when plugged into the audio splitter. These type of earphones are hard to find now, but there are adapter cables you can buy that have the volume adjuster wheel.

Looks good and works fine!
I needed a way to plug two TRRS audio devices into a single TRRS (CTIA) connector on a newer computer. This inexpensive splitter provided the solution. It looks nice, seems reasonably durable--and works perfectly!

Update: VERY prompt customer service, waiting to see build quality of new batch...
Update: I received an email from MillSO Customer Service the day after leaving my original review. They said the factory was made aware of the issue and has extended the length of the "split" piece to fully contain both cables. I'll update the review when I see how the new part looks... stay tuned! Original review: [Shielding exposed, I question how long it will last...] Ignoring the one issue I have with this product, it seems to be a very built unit. The cables are thick yet flexible, and both male and female ends seem to be well built. The female ends have a good positive feeling when inserting a pair of headphones. The issue I have is with the rubber part where the "split" happens. The "seam" on the stock product photos is a separate part that slides up and down the "female" cables, presumably to keep the two ends closer together (a common feature on earbuds). However, moving the sliding part reveals the two female cables are not fully molded into the "split" piece. Shielding can be seen in the attached picture. I will likely use some glue to fasten the sliding part to the "split" piece and to fasten the female cables within the sliding part. I question how long this splitter will last without some sort of modification to better secure the two female cables to the rubber "split" piece. Also, I haven't used this device with microphones yet, but it appears to split audio as expected.
