I have used this neck pillow for 8-10 hours a day for the past two weeks and I love it!I had surgery and need to sleep at a 45-90 degree angle, and before I got this, my neck was always kinked because I could never quite get the angle right with my standard bed pillows. Now I just snap the pillow around my neck, and go to sleep without worrying about it shifting around. When I have to get up, it comfortably stays on my neck, and I can lay right back down without any fuss. The snap is deep and sturdy and never unsnaps until I do it. It has a thin pocket that might fit an iPod Nano or something very small, and came with ear plugs and an eye mask, which I haven’t used yet. Memory foam sometimes has a chemically odor, but I haven’t noticed any type of funky smells at all. It easily rolls up and fits into its bag in a matter of seconds, and takes up almost no space.There are only two things that I can even think of mentioning as potential drawbacks. The material is so soft and velvety that someone wearing lots of make up would likely soil it quickly. Also,the pillow comes up a little high to ensure it supports your neck, so wearing stud earrings would be painful. It also gets a little hot in the middle of the night, but i doubt many people are using it as long as I am.When I came back to amazon to write this review, I saw that the price had dropped AND they were offering a $1 coupon, so I bought myself a second one to make sure I would always have one available.I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for amazon or ever responded to people’s questions about products, but this is the one time I feel like I just need to let people know.It’s a great product and a great deal, for the neck pillow alone. I will be bringing this with me for every trip I ever take from now on.

After a red-eye flight to London with zero sleep (WOW is the hottest/stuffiest plane I have ever flown) I searched and purchase 4 different travel pillows. This was my favorite. I found it very comfortable and was able to get a few hours sleep on a bus to from Michigan to NYC on a bus full of middle schoolers. I also really appreciated the mask. The ear plus however, are terrible! They were bizarrly long and actually painful. Luckily I have brought my own earplugs that I use to mow and at concerts. I will probably buy another of this pillow as it was the favorite of my family.

Too soft for me, if I press my finger down on the thickest part, it goes all the way down to the bottom, The one I have and need another, made by Cozy Hut but no longer sold here, only goes down about 1 inch when I press down - a huge difference.It does come as advertised. I have a 14" neck measured at the bottom, no measurements given for the product so I got the large and it felt ok as to length and height, perhaps an inch on the roomy side in circumference.

Contacted seller regarding size differences. Prompt response which helped me decide to get one of each! The smaller one is compact enough to fit in your purse--conveniently!! The bigger one is comfy and perfect for long car rides! I've had other neck pillows in the past--but this one is definitely my new favorite!!

This pillow is sooooooooo comfy! Everything you need for a peaceful flight or road trip is conveniently packed in a cute little duffle bag. Unlike other products that arrive in cute packaging, the memory foam allows you to reuse the bag! So convenient for packing! I've tried many other travel pillows with poor results. Now my search has come to an end! Thank you!

Wow! What a great product! I have had other neck pillows in the past, but none have been as soft and comfortable, or have fit my head so perfectly! I definitely recommend this high quality travel pillow!!

I first wasn’t sure on size so I ordered the medium and love it. It is very convertible. Since I really liked it I went and ordered another one but a small to see the difference. I am happy with both and keep the small in the car at all times.
