Got this today! Opened the bottle, and a pretty good smell of garlic (those who hate garlic smell; beware. I love the smell). The smell says that this is potent stuff. Took two capsules at once with a small meal and water. After maybe 30-45 mins, I started getting garlic burps (again, if you hate the garlic burps or the garlic aftertaste, this is not for you; but then you are likely someone who will never be able to consume garlic in any form). Its too early for me to talk to the health benefits. I will update as days go by and if I notice the health benefits. One great thing is, this is extremely well produced with no fillers and only a veggie capsule used, thereby making this 100% vegan.
