I ran my own trial of 6 wks with and without and 6 wks with just Creatine. Of course, with a sample size of 1, the standard of deviation would have to be high. That said, it did seem to work. Both the Muscle Tech Product and Creatine worked better than nothing in the following ways: 1) recovery time improved by 2-3 days getting me back in the gym sooner, 2) as a result I was able to increase the pounds being lifted 10-24% at 5-6 reps to Failure, 3) I was able to move through resistance points to new poundage increases after 2 sessions versus stuck for 5-6 weeks unable to increase without a 5-10 day halt of lifting and rest; and 4) increased energy and endurance during workout. To achieve this with Creatine took 6 grams per day for a total of 6 horse size pills; I thought I was going to choke as they are super large. The Mucsle Tech Muscle Builder is 1 standard size gelatin capsule, which is easy to swallow and its only 1 per day. So, its the same or better than Creatine but less and easier to take. Highly recommend! I rate “A+”.

It’s all good. Good product but why so much plastic waste? I don’t get it… only 15%-20% of the container contains pills. You could make it 4 times smaller! Why so much plastic waste while making ads about being organic and environment friendly?

I'm 67 and i don't take a whole pill, i break it open and mix a part of it in juice. It works best with Muscletech Clear muscle. This stuff works wonders for the elderly. Replaces stuff we lose as we get older. Only drawback is some people suffer insomnia if you take too much. Clear muscle is largely HMB and works wonders for cognitive function. This stuff has taken me from total fatigue to working out and still installing carpet . I was having a very difficult time without it.

Muscle Tech, if you read this, PLEASE stop using the polyester floss stuffing packed into the tops of your products. This separates and comes off on the tablets, you have to pick it off to make sure your not ingesting polyester crap. We don't need any more microplastics ingested. Paper would work much better and be healthier for all your clientele.

Just finished a very successful bulk phase where I added clear muscle and muscle builder to my stack - 6 months and thrilled with results. This product alone will not give you super gains; diet and workout routine/intensity is the key. Now that I am 3 weeks off (clear muscle 3 weeks, muscle builder 1 1/2 weeks) and continuing my other supplements (and eating like crazy) I feel I can talk to the effects these products had as sometimes you don't realize how they help until you stop. Muscle builder helped maintain energy and stamina through workouts. The last week and a half I have had a harder time with energy towards the end of workouts and feel its due to the lack of ATP this product provided. While I think it helped my workouts, I will say I don't think its valuable if you aren't going all out in the gym. Clear muscle I believe helped more with recovery, so together they provide a good duo if you punish muscle groups 2 or more times a week. I'll be adding both back into my stack in a few months when I begin a new cycle.

I went from super relaxed to lifting cars 45 minutes after consuming and no fatigue at all! I turned a 3 hour workout into 40 minutes because I had no fatigue whatsoever you can work out 20 minutes after consuming 40 fl oz of water because you need blood flow but it works and mixing this with pre and post workout protein will only make you more limitless😎
