There is so much I like about these jumper cables, and only one thing I have an issue with, so let's get that one thing out of the way first. Pro: Very strong clamping strength. Con: My hands aren't all that strong. I do have a bit of a struggle with keeping the clamps open to attach them. The features I love: There are two separate cables. You can easily set the cables without worrying that the positive and negative clamps may accidentally tough, although if they did the clamps are covered with insulating plastic, so it is unlikely that any sparking would occur. I am very cautious around electricity and the safety features were the major selling point for me. The cables are well made, with all the connections being tight. Heavy duty 2-gauge wire and 20 feet long, what's not to love? I have used these a couple of times so far to jump the dead battery in my Ram 1500 from my Miata. I can even get the cables back in the case after use. Would buy again without a second thought, and recommend to anyone.

I think they are good cables for the money. good clamps, flexible wire, heavy gauge to carry the amperage. The carry bag is just cheap vinyl, but is not representative of the quality of cables. I would buy again. My first use was from my dual battery Ford 6.0 Excursion to my John Deere 2320. In -4 degree temperature. After connecting, waiting only 3 minutes...it cranked right over (cables carried the amperage no problem). Cables rolled up even though -4 outside (sign of good quality wire). They are aluminum wire and copper coated...but if they were solid copper they would cost 4 times as much!

Appears to be a good item and it should work well.
